My new mobility scooter arrived on time. There was a problem with the basket that attaches to the front, it had a break where the handle is, I emailed Scooter City’s customer service department an this was rectified without a problem.
The scooter that I bought is the one with the lithium battery. I charged it as per the instructions and so far I have used it on numerous occasions without th need to recharge the battery. On my old scooter I would have needed to recharge the battery after every other time that I would have used it.
Scooter City is the best mobility scooter supplier that I have dealt with, nothing is too much trouble.
I would recommend both Scooter City and the mobility scooter with the lithium battery.

The bike was very well packaged and assembled with ease using good instructions. The bike is loved by my wife. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I found the service very good however, the UPS delivery service was very below par for the quite expensive price. They came unprepared to get the heavy package from the van and into my home. My disabled wife had to provide a trolley for him to do his job.

An excellent lightweight mobility aid, easy to use and very good value.

The website is really good and easy to use. Only issues I had was with Klarna, because I hadn't used it before and it crashed while trying to pay.

Ordered my son a scooter for Christmas and within 2 days things started going wrong with it. Despite several emails nobody has yet got back to me. Very disappointed. Avoid with all costs
