Packaged very well

I love Scents Angel, their prices a very competitive, their selection is great with fast shipping and constant communication. I’ve spent so much money with them and I’ve never been disappointed. Top three discounters IMO.

I placed an online order through Scents Angel for Tiziana Terenzi Wirtanen Extrait de Parfum. When the order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the product appeared to be inauthentic or at least inconsistent with what I expected. The scent, packaging, and overall presentation did not match other authentic Tiziana Terenzi fragrances I’ve owned or sampled.

I contacted Scents Angel customer service to share my concerns and request a resolution. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to issue a refund, which I appreciated.

Since then, I’ve ordered decants from the company and have been completely satisfied with those purchases. Based on that, this seems like an isolated incident, possibly related more to the distributor than to Scents Angel itself.

Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, the way it was handled and my subsequent positive orders give me confidence in ordering from them again.

Great selection and availability. Love the options to sample prior to making a commitment to full size. Prices are reasonable, plus there are often discounts available. Really important, shipping is ⚡️ quick!
