I saw these on Instagram and reading comments people said they are amazing the whole house smells fabulous - I thought I’d give it a try so ordered three packs Orchid Noir, Mystical Woods and Lemon Pretty. I used enough wax to go into my burner and I can’t smell anything. I am currently sitting about 18 inches away from Orchid Noir and nothing. I think by grating the wax it’s losing its scent in some way. You can smell it inside the packaging and it smells nice but once in the burner nothing. I shall go back to buying solid wax melts from the comapany I used before. Sadly these don’t live up to expectation and I am very disappointed.

Seems I was lucky and got my delivery but these are absolute rubbish shredded candle wax no smell off the wax when used with a candle or electric warmer please don’t purchase these as they are not as described!! If you comment on their facebook page to warn others they delete your comment.

Advised my delivery was on the way 16th April 2024. Still not received my order 26th April 2024. Sent 2 emails no response. Contacted them on social media to be told I paid for Royal Mail large letter post and if Royal Mail are busy the orders get pushed to one side!! Talk about shift the blame!! Terrible customer service. Won’t answer emails for a refund!!

Same as all the other comments no response to emails direct messages seems they don't want to help only take your money. This was my first and last experience dealing with these people. I am out of pocket to the tune of 40.00. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, emailed few times about my order I've still not received with NO response! Will not be dealing with this company no more and paid through clearpay so I've even reported it to them! Stay away plenty of other companies out there that actually look after their customers and with a faster service! 👎😡
