Absolutely fabulous. A signed photo of Katie is worth more than £10 in itself so to get that along with bath bombs and soaps in a nice box is brilliant. I don't understand the bad reviews. The box was a tenner and I got a signed photo, three bath bombs, and two soaps. For a tenner you'd get one bath bomb in Lush. People just want to bring Katie down. Don't listen to the naysayers.

Not worth the money so please don’t waste your money. I got 3 items in my box which did not amount up to £5 let alone £10. In the advert it showed lovely brushes, wax melts, bath bombs in the advertisement well I got nothing of the sort! The sponge loafer I got looked like it belonged to a child as it was tiny, I then had a tiny the size of an egg and then a bigger bath bomb which was cracked and broken! The box it came in was also tiny! I feel like I’ve been robbed with the stuff I got in my tiny box for tiny people! Was looking forward to trying the products as well so feel totally letdown that’s for sure!!

Ordered 6 of the boxes which showed; bath bombs, brushes, soaps and bath dust! 2 items in 1 box and 3 in the others! Bombs were broken. Looked like they had been purchased from the pound shop! Then to add further insult on the delivery note it said sorry sold out of the kids box we have made one up!
Well it was a USED red skull cup with a lid with no straw! That was it !
DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE.

£10 box recieved with one large bath bomb one small and a soap, absolutely nothing like the picture, false advertising!

This is not even worth 1 star. I ordered this for a gift as my sister is a big Katie fan.. what a rip off. I received 1 bath bomb and 2 tiny heart shaped soaps. I understand that people need to make money but this is just ripping people off!!! I have emailed the address on the order but it keeps coming back undelivered, problem with email address. Ive also sent an email to a different address to give them the opportunity to correct this but had no reply. What a surprise!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Not even worth 1 star what a load of crap box content worth about £3 you pay £15 including delivery it is an absolute scam.

As with any business Katy Price is involved with there is no customer service whatsoever. Falsely advertising box contents is not acceptable but unable to resolve as emails are never answered. will never order from any of her so called businesses again. 1 star rating is too much.

I ordered a goody bag though scented by Katie and it was advertised as having 6-8 bath bombs, candles, ect in the box. I ordered it as a gift for someone for Christmas. It arrived and I was so disappointed it was nothing like it was advertised it only had two items in the box and a head band. I pacifically ordered the one without headbands in as the person I was gifting it to had no need for that. I have emailed scented by Katie three times now to show my disappointment and to possibly send it back and get my money back. I have had no response. Nobody has rang me or emailed me back to organise this or to apologise for the box being so disappointing so I’m now writing a review as I’m extremely disappointed on spending £15 as a gift and I feel truly misled by this. I will never be ordering from here again. I absolutely adore Katie but this is really letting her down, I hope to hear something back off the company as I will continue to express my disappointment .

Shocking save your money got the lucky box for £15 plus postage 3 things in it load of rubbish .emailed them as that’s the only way to contact and got ignored .they should be ashamed never buy off them again or recommend her

I ordered a lucky dip box which contained a large bath bomb, a shower bomb, a soap, some soap roses and a candy cane. Products smell nice but I had no idea how to use the shower bomb so I looked online and some people say you lay them in the bath while others say you lather it and rub it on your skin, as there were no instructions on this item I messaged customer services, no answer after a week, nor any answer on their Instagram msgs.
This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, it seems they take your money and that is it. To say I am disappointed is an understatement as I thought KP would make sure her customers are happy.

I will not be ordering anything else as I could not get any help and what I received was not worth the money I paid at all. It is too 'Pricey' and I for one am not paying for her next holiday!

Absolutely shocking customer service they completely ignore customers. The products are a waste of money I ordered 2 boxes each had the same items. Both contained just bath bombs and soap they should just advertise bath bombs so misleading!!! Avoid !!!

Absolutely fantastic products that smell gorgeous (especially the whipped soaps and body scrubs), and speedy delivery. Items came well packaged and they frequently offer discounts and free gifts, I got a free nail polish which I was really pleased with 🙂 My fave scents are Glam, Wonderland, Paradise and Pink Bubblegum. The only issue is that you have to be quick or things sell out fast! One very happy customer 💕

Order arrived on time. One item arrived damaged and a replacement was sent out and arrived in good condition. Couldn't fault the service or products. Have since purchased again with no issues.

Do not order as no customer service. I ordered before Christmas and parcel obviously went missing as tracker said Royal Mail hadn’t received. Emailed company no response. Messaged on Instagram replied once and said parcel not missing but I sent screen shot of tracking page to show Royal Mail had never received from them and no further response. Also removed my comments in their posts asking for reply?
Escalated to PayPal and got a refund.
