Over the last 4 months we purchased numerous items including a kiln and wheel from Scarva. Communication regarding delivery could not be better and we were able to pick the day the kiln arrived which was very helpful and in December. The kiln was cheaper than anywhere else, other companies who claimed they would price match said they could not. Due to bad weather the wheel was later than expected- Scarva surprisingly compensated with extra clay even though they have no control over weather! Very much appreciated. I highly recommend Scarva, professional, good communication and a pleasure to buy from :)

The product itself was quite expensive, but then it contains 24k gold! But it was in line with other retailers. I liked the fact that instructions were given before you even purchase it, and following those instructions gave a perfect finish. Fantastically well packaged, a bottle, within a bottle within a cardboard box ensures no breakage or mess. Great service, great delivery time. Highly recommended
