Good quality print, but arrived late and damaged
Bought a single custom 7 inch record sleeve as a gift. It's nicely printed, but arrived with a bend in it. It also took a week to get here so it's too late for me to re-order in time. May have been partly the courier's fault, but I'd feel stupid ordering from Scanplus again after this.

UPDATED - Good Product. Bad Delivery.
Good Product. Bad Delivery. The end product arrived and looks as expected, except with a massive fold where it looks like a courier as just bent the thing in half. The courier also delivered it several days late without any explanation, and didn't even follow delivery instructions. The product is grand, believe me, however unless they change the courier service they use, I can't recommend the services.
UPDATE: The Production Manager contacted me and arranged a free replacement, and ensured the product was more securely packaged - basically idiot proof (i.e. APC Overnight proof). Very happy with the result, and thus I've increased my rating experience.

I cannot fault them
I cannot fault them. I ordered an album cover as a birthday present and needed it asap. Not only did they pay for the express courier, when said courier sent it to the wrong depot, they organised for it to be redirected to a new address to get there in time. The end product was amazing as well.

I have used the Record Sleeve service, and at first it arrived damaged, so I got in contact with Scanplus and it was promptly replaced and redelivered on the next day, with zero cost for me. That is what I call a top service, I highly recommend.
