Pixelated Upload Slowed Order
The image upload was pixelated and I was informed it was because I’d likely set up my file wrong. Days later and I’d rebuilt the file to make sure it was correct and it was still pixelated. I was then told that sometimes the uploads come out pixelated and I had to complete my order before they’d look at the file themselves. I did so and never heard back from them other than receiving an automated email saying my order had been processed. The print came out fine.
