Unorganised, poor and chaotic - not a professional clinic
Remiss was forwarded to SGC regarding surgery - my initial appointment was cancelled on the day due to sickness but promised they would come back with a new date/time.
I chased them 2 weeks later asking for the new appointment, and they promised to come back but mentioned it was difficult to find a time as both a doctor and anesthesiologist needed to both be present. Another 2 weeks later I only received a time after chasing Skandia instead about the appointment time not being followed up.
Finally arrived to my appointment and had to wait 35 minutes after my scheduled time to see the doctor. Only the doctor, no anesthesiologist was present. He then said they don't do surgery via the clinic, so then the entire wait of 1.5 months for an appointment seemed ridiculous that they even took the remiss or set up an appointment.
The premises is newly built and very nice, but they seem to have no clue what they are doing. Not the type of place I want to trust with medical issues. Have no intention of visiting again, the local health service does a much more reliable and admirable job.
Feedback was provided after the visit via one of their own forms and I can only hope they learn from this (rather than doing what they are doing in encouraging only those with good experiences to give trustpilot reviews).
