I placed an order for a hormone check, it didn’t arrive. I was patient and just assumed the delivery was a lengthy process.
I contacted them and a new one got sent out.
The new kit was delivered.
I followed the instructions and sent off the sample only to be told it was unusable as the blood was damaged?!?
The process from ordering, not receiving the kit and then eventually told it was unusable took so long only to be told no refund.
£79 is a lot of money for no return.

The doctor was very helpful through a confusing process that had been taking a very long time. He helped clear up the process and was able to help me much quicker. I really appreciated how straightforward and simple my experience was after going through a more difficult experience at the hospital in my kommun.

I’m a Swedish American who recently moved to Sweden. I wanted to find a medical doctor with extensive knowledge about hypothyroidism. I was concerned that I would have to go back to USA to keep my care the way it works well for me, it would be a long and expensive trip just to draw my blood and get my annual refills.

Meeting with the Dr on Medicheck was a gift from heaven, I was listened to, there was no attempt to enforce a new kind of therapy.

Being health minded and caring for my body, it was great to be met with an understanding medical doctor.

I’m very happy with the meeting and outcome, it was a big stress relief to have proper care overseas!

I highly recommend Medicheck for you who want individualized and optimized medical care.

The doctors are amazing, I have never met such proffeional and humane doctors in my life, but there is no option to renew prescription without having a meeting.

They need to add that important feature!

They just need to get the standard features every other medical apps have. This is easy to fix!
