I can tell for sure that customer…

I can tell for sure that customer service is a top priority for Scandinavian biolabs.

My issue was resolved within a few hours a Saturday thanks to Louie.

I am sorry to hear that you find our service that way. We are passionate about assisting you in the best way possible with personalized support. It would be great if you could help me locate your account, as I understand that you didn't mean to have a recurring subscription, but you wanted a one-time order.

Our product, especially the Hair Activation Serum, has gone through a clinical study, and the efficacy should be visible when one finishes 5 serums for 150 days (1 bottle per month). This is one of the reasons why we have a subscription system to facilitate the order experience. Of course, people can deactivate it and reactivate it whenever they want from the customer portal page before the order placement.

Regarding the customer portal page and the order renewal, we send a welcome email to guide customers to this portal page so they have access to it by creating a new password. On top of that, we send an order pre-alert notification email 5 days before the order placement, so they can modify anything in the subscription on the customer portal page.

We trust the email communication clarifies the portal page and the subscription system, but if it is not clear enough to you, feel free to reach out at contact@scandinavianbiolabs.com so we can assist you further.
