I am sorry to hear that an unwanted order was made, surprisingly.

Typically, when an auto order was made, it should have come out of the subscription.

We usually send a welcome email once the subscription order is placed to guide customers to the customer portal page, where they can arrange their subscription whenever they want before the next subscription order is placed.

We also send an order pre-alert email 5 days before the next order placement, so they have enough time to arrange it.

When you say your account shows no active subscription, it can be the case that you're logging into another store's portal page that doesn't have your subscription. It is worth noting that one customer account is associated with only one store. Therefore, it is important to keep using the same store where you made the first subscription order. Since we have 3 English-based stores (UK/US/Global), it may be confusing for you, but you can check the ending of the URL, "co.uk", ".us", or ".com".

Fantastic product and customer service

Fantastic product and customer service. I have recommended this company to several friends and family as I noticed reduced shedding from as soon as 1 month through use of the nutrient bundle (plus micro-needle roller) and have observed several regrowth cycles since commencing in the last year (started May 25). My primary causes of hair loss were presumed as peri-menopause combined with a prolonged stress phase in my early 40’s. I also use the eyelash serum which is equally brilliant and confidence building… no more need for falsies!! My mother is 70+ and is back to wearing mascara after 20+ years, since using the serum for only a month. x

Before this order placement, we sent a welcome email to guide you to the customer portal page, where you can adjust your subscription, and an order pre-alert email 5 days before the order placement, so the customer has enough time to modify the subscription if needed. We aim to deliver the order as swiftly as possible, and it is often challenging for us to cancel the shipping due to this packing speed, once the order is placed.

Apologies if there's any confusion in the cancelation procedure. Once the subscription is canceled, the new order won't be generated, but if you do this right after the new order placement, this cancelation doesn't stop the order shipment, but only the future orders that the subscription cancelation can stop.

Excellent customer service

I have been in trouble with my delivery because of the post office and I didn't get my product... I contacted Scandinavian Biolabs for support and they offered to send the package again at no cost even though it was not their fault. Luckily the post did eventually give me the package and I let the client services know about it so they would not need to send the package again. Thanks Louie! You did great for me.

We love the product & Oktay's customer service

My wife and myself we love the product using it for over one year now and giving us really great results, already after 3 months we had no hair loss anymore, and in subsequent month growing back stronger. I wanna also mention their great customer service, in particular Oktay who is always very helpful and extremely customer oriented.

Superb customer service
