Superb service! Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. What more could you ask for?

Excellent company. Dave was very helpful and knowledgable when it came to choice of trailer and set up. Good handover at collection of a R21900B fitted with a mixture of bunks and acrows. The trailer is very well made and finished. Highly recommended.

Not SBS Trailers fault as they correctly addressed the parcel, but their courier decided to deliver to a different house name, in a different village and with a very different postcode

I contacted SBS when the parcel tracking showed as delivered but the parcel wasn't here - no reply

Thankfully, being a small rural location, the person who had received my parcel found me through the village facebook page and contacted me, and I arranged to make the 32 mile round journey to collect it

I let SBS know - again no reply or even acknowledgement

As I say, not directly their fault, however having felt the £12 postage to be on the high side, having to travel to collect the wrongly delivered parcel without so much as a 'thank you for letting us know' leaves a poor impression

I needed a replacement hub for my 25 year old trailer. Not only did their website clearly list the required part, but Liam confirmed quickly by email that I had indeed identified the correct part.
To complicate matters, I had imported the trailer from the UK to Australia but again Liam provided shipping solutions via DHL and arranged to exclude VAT which helped to offset freight costs.
Liam responded to every email within 24 hours and ultimately the shipping took less than 1 week to my door.
If you need a new trailer and want reassurance that you can get parts and service in the future, my experience is that SBS definitely do look after their customers.
Kudos to Liam in particular and SBS in general.

Just wanted to make a comment regarding SBS. I have recently placed an order with them for some Arms for my Trailer roller. Liam in the Parts department has been outstanding in communication and rectifying. A small issue. I had on my order, which was most probably my fault. Very impressed with his professionalism and ability to sort the issue out. Nice to see a company that still is able to communicate to customers.

Ordered a side step for my JetSki trailer. Had a phone call from them to confirm which side as the logo is different on each side. They delivered the step in just a couple of days. Easy to fit with Instructions provided and now I can easily board the ski on the trailer. Well worth having.

Dave (SBS Trailers) is a highly knowledgeable and straight talking bloke.
Speed of service and totally customer centric, regardless of the value of my order.

SBS Trailers are fantastic. Dave rushed through the build for our new 3,000kg twin axle trailer for a newly purchased Ribeye rib. Great product and value. Traffic delayed our collection but Andy and the team waited after close of business until we arrived. Customer service at its best.

I have recently ordered a few replacement parts for my SBS Boat trailer - in both instances it was easy to contact SBS for advice on what I needed and the orders arrived as promised the following day. Immaculate service.

My axle broke leaving me in a major hole and ordered a new one from these cowboys. There are lots for sale on eBay but I decided to go for the most expensive option of a new one at £630 and £90 delivery. It arrived like a piece of scrap metal - dents to the brake plates, deep scores in the hubs and bits knocked off. I should have sent it back but I needed to get my broken trailer moved urgently so was left with no choice. Since then these cowboys gave me every excuse why they could only ship it with no protection (They just used plastic bags and tape for a £630 axle) and refused to take any responsibility for turning a new axle into a badly abused unit.

I can’t post pictures here but have a look on google maps and reviews for SBS Trailers and make your own mind up and then see how they are lying in their reply.

Their “customer care” is like a text book on how to avoid taking any responsibility for hopeless service.

According to Pinocchio at SBS the axle would be fine to be sold as new if I’d been in a position to return it.

So I would never risk buying anything from them again and suggest you don’t either.

If your kid wants a cowboy outfit for Xmas then this is the one

Ordered some new brake cables for my roller boat trailer.using the discount code. They arrived very promptly. Now waiting for some better weather to fit them.

Unfortunately the trailer took over 6 months before it was ready to collect. After collecting the trailer I realised there were some missing parts, which I am still waiting for 6 weeks after collection. Therefore I feel I can only give one star for the service.

Made my order on a Sunday evening and the parts arrived within a few days .

SBS supplied exactly what I needed, a replacement side marker light for my trailer, bit worried for the future as it looks like this unit is no longer made ? Looks like I'll have to be careful. Thought the price was a bit steep but if you want the right part I suppose you have to pay the price. Regards Dave Flack

Superb quality boat trailer. I recently bought a new trailer from SBS as my old trailer was getting past it. So impressed with the quality!
Great bunch of people at SBS, so helpful and friendly.
It's comforting to know that these trailers come with a 10 year lifetime warranty.
