Issue with size but quick response to rectify
Ordered some bowls for my first purchase as they were similar to what I was after and on sale at a good price. Arrived very quickly and in a lot of excess packaging, but they didn't arrive broken. They ended up being smaller than the measurements stated online. I informed customer service and they were very quick to come back to me to say they had double-checked and the website was wrong and offered me a couple of options to try and make this right. I have decided to keep the bowls and they seem good quality.

Great products and service! Ordered glass cake stands. Arrived safely and each box had been buffered well to make sure contents arrived undamaged. I wish other companies packed fragile products with such care. The first time I laid eyes on the set, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for: elegant, timeless, and made to last.
