Nice plates but both times came with scratches
The plates look nice but both orders came with scratched plates. So far they have replaced the ones scratched from the first order and now I have contacted them for the second one. Customer support has been very responsive and effective. Jermaine has been great

I ordered from Sazy and there was an unfortunate issue with delivery. I was very impressed with how their customer service department dealt with the issue -explaining what had happened and giving me options to resolve the issue.
There was personal feedback, immediate action taken and my goods then arrived as promised. A thousand time better than dealing with bots!

Incredibly brilliant company!
I ordered a white bath robe to check the quality. It was less than £9 including delivery so my expectations were quite low. When it was delivered I was blown away by the high quality - on a par with hotel or spa bath robes. I’ve since ordered another 4 which were delivered today. Looking at their eBay shop I also saw a mirror which I ordered and honestly, it’s incredible for the amount charged. It is a carved, wooden framed mirror, 120x90cm so absolutely massive and it was under £26 with free delivery. I’m amazed by the quality, price, delivery and customer service of Sazy. Fantastic, highly recommended.
