Waste of time .. useless, wortless, cowboy builders .. worst service possible please avoid.. was all talk at start,promised good work but at the end took shortcuts, never completed the work .. builders don't speak or understand basic English..so please avoid these people.. scammers good for nothing ?!@#

THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY POSSIBLE:
They installed underfloor insulation and then never bothered to come back to fit the boiler - which is what I wanted.
Whenever I rang I was told "I will ring you back in 5 mins". They would never ring back and couldn't care less about their cusotmers.
They will mess you around for months.
I tried to ring the agent - but he was also totally dishonest.
Just avoid this company and go to a proper company.

Incomplete work. Leaves the house in a mess and damage furniture. Promises to finish work and keeps making excuses.

Did part of the work in Jan 22, took cash for some pipping which they said was not covered under the grant and never came back to finish the work

Only giving one star as it wont allow zero! This bunch of cowboys have fitted a boiler in my 75yr old mums bathroom under the government replacement boiler scheme. The boiler has been fitted illegally and dangerously with no Gas Safe certificate or paperwork. Staff are rude or uncontactable, hiding behind the fact they are sub contractors and gas fitters not plumbers. They have caused massive damage including failure of whole heating system,due to bad workmanship and cutting corners. They caused flooding to downstairs then refused to come back and sort the damage and she has been left with no heating over winter, a bill for approx £3000 to get proper plumbers to sort the damage caused and untold stress. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. We are awaiting replies from Gas Safe, Trading Standards and local MP as Im assuming there must be many other local elderly people that have been left in this disgusting state after being ripped off! Also demanded to be paid in cash £990 on the day that they carried out this disgusting standard of work!

False promises, constant lies, emails/calls ignored.

Workmen very rude, no respect for ones home. The underfloor insulation team very aggresive.

Poor workmanship by their appointed contractor - PENNINE HEATING & PLUMBING LTD. Gas Safe is now conducting an internal inspection on this engineer.

6 weeks later, work still incomplete.

GDPR "access to data" legally breached.

They tell me I have signed the job off. I have not.

NO paperwork given, no guarentees, nothing.

Guys, honestly, AVOID!
