Free water butt provided and you can see why they where free!
Ordered a free water butt from Yorkshire Water, who used the savewatersavemoney company to provide them, and it turned out to be one of the "butt in a box" type that was on offer. Took ages to order as website links didn't work well (missing postcode from Yorkshire water apparently!). Can see when trying to put this water butt together why Yorkshire water chose this cheaper option. It was a right pain, have put two of these together now, other one I bought from somebody else off facebook who had one from Yorkshire Water but couldn't put it together! You cannot simply push the pieces together, as suggested in the instructions and on the website! Ended up, after half an hour of struggling, using a hammer and cloth to bash the pieces together on a flat large paving slab, this was the only way to get both butts put together so I can be reasonably confident it would be a typical experience from other recipients. I know these butts where free to local users in the Scarborough postcode area but Yorkshire water should have checked they where fit for the purpose intended, many customers I would suggest would not of been able to put together and use this type of butt! Again not the best experience of Yorkshire water admins ability to get things right and the company's inability yet again to get the simple things right from my experiences of the company's customer service and support.

The Severn Trent link to the website wouldn't work so I emailed support late evening. Suzie actioned it the next day and 3 days later I got my free shower head.
Great customer service
Received a water butt in time stated unfortunately an internal part of the lid was damaged, nothing to do with how it was packaged etc probably at the manufacturers end. I contacted save water and within a couple of hours I had a reply and then another email to say a replacement lid was ordered. Couldn't have asked for more, pleased with the customer service. Lid arrived couple weeks later.
Go to B&Q or another water butt provider
We ordered 2 water butts I then rechecked to make sure I had ordered the correct items proceeded to check out and the price was £89. I then paid yet the receipt said £139 this was because as I rechecked and looked at the water butt again it added it to the trolly.
I immediately contacted them via their email of the mistake and asked for the order to be changed and a reimbursement A week later I still hadn't heard so phoned at 9.15am "Please phone during hours of 9am-5.30pm I then copied and pasted the email address and sent an email via BT this time someone phoned and said we can see your original email we're waiting for the warehouse to come back to us. Guess what the next day the delivery arrived of 3 water butts
I would never recommend this company on the basis of customer services and the poor response to emails and phone calls and to think the link is on, in my case south west water.

Awful
Awful, they send the wrong water butt and there is no way to contact them. Tried to call many times over several days and it keeps saying that there is no one available at the moment and to try later !!! what a joke. My online submitted form has had no response and now I'm left with the wrong item and no one to help sort it out.
Legit company but slow delivery
I ordered on 25 August 2022, The water butt has arrived today 21 Oct 2022. Two months later. This may be because of the drought in summer and water bans, too many people ordering at the same time. Don't order if you can't wait that long. Order from somewhere else instead, its only £10 more. I read previous reviews. I knew this was going to happen. These people are legit but delivery is slow.

They are absolutely hopeless. Ordered 7 weeks ago, didn’t get it and after asking for my money back eventually got a refund 2 weeks later!
Please feel free to order one if you like complaining and being ignored.

Is this a scam?
Ordered a 200 Litre Cloudburst WaterButt Kit on 11 August. To date it has not been delivered. No answer when phoned. One response to several emails giving a vague delivery update.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering a water butt. They take payment immediately but do not deliver and there is no efficient way to contact them. They rarely reply to emails and I have found it impossible to get through by phone. Needless to say I have still not received my order and all I can say is DO NOT give this company your business.
AVOID AT ALL COST
I ordered a water butt 12 August and their free bundle offer. I received the cheap freebies but not the showerhead and details about the water butt delivery. They did take payment immediately. I contacted them twice by phone and twice by email. The phone has an automated message " unvailable please email and will try to reply within 5 days." No reply to either from them until 1 Sept promising delivery "next week but unable to give any delivery information" No delivery so i have informed my credit card to put my payment in dispute.
Product never sent out; no communication
I ordered a water saving shower head from SaveWaterSaveMoney and it never arrived. I contacted the company twice by email (only way to get through) and had no response. I did eventually get a refund from them when I threatened to argue the legitimacy of the payment via my credit card company, but they didn't even communicate with me to tell me that they were doing this. I am very disappointed, as having received one of these water saving shower heads as a freebie previously from my water company (my water company no longer do freebies, sadly, and my husband recently broke the freebie), and finding it hard to identify a genuinely water saving shower head elsewhere, I thought this was the best company to get a suitable replacement from. I really should have read the reviews here first, as it seems this is a very common problem.

This organisation woulkd argue black was white rather than supply the right thing.
Waste of time and lack of integrity.
Long, time consuming process to get someone from Severn Trent to come round and fix a shower problem. (I was assured this could be done.) Severn Trent told me this was not something they usually do but a man turned up. He could not fix the problem and suggested I contact Severn Trent to get a plumber. He did not know if I would have to pay for this as this whole 'system' is new! As it transpires, I could have saved a lot of time, effort, and stress, by finding a local plumber at the outset - ST will not do anything about this. Don't bother to contact this service unless the problem affects numerous buildings/roads.

Avoid Save water Save Money at all Costs
I ordered a water butt that has not arrived. I have emailed but no reply except a couple of delivery promises but these were not kept. Impossible to get an answer from them. I am now trying to get money back from Northumbrian water who advertise this appalling company.

I ordered two water butts , only received one and no reply to emails. Impossible to call. Poor service and I only used them as they were recommended by S W Water. Would not recommend.
I think I have been scammed
I think I have been scammed. I payed £32.95 for a 210 water butt on May 4th. About a month later I recieved a call from a rather irate driver who 'was not from round here' as he said. I was at work so couldn't talk. I did ring him back but he since refused to answer. I tried ringing the company but its impossible to get through. I have left countless emails - one lady (Elanour) replied saying she 'saw thatthe water butt had now been delivered!' I since emailed her many times to say it hadn't but still I await a reply. A terrible company - don't give them your money!!!!

Awful Customer Service…
I ordered a water butt from this company, and was sent an email to say it had been despatched. Have also received a parcel number from DPD, but they have not been advised to collect the item. Cannot get in touch with this company and Customer Service is non-existent. Do not use this company.
No Customer service at all just take your money and fail to deliver what you order
Like most others on here I've found that they have no Customer service at all!! They don't answer phone calls or emails !! They take your money then fail to deliver what you order then ignore you totally !! As I ordered via Severn Trent Water I'll complain next to them then ask my bank to intervene for me !!!
