Excellent support from Mr Mustafa Cebici. It took more than 3 hours to resolve due to network connection via remote login. We had lot of hurdles and my laptop crashed during this process. But Mr Mustafa stood by me until the issue got resolved. I am a teacher in School and I teach my students MS office. Mr Mustafa took a lot of trouble to fix my problem . Myself and all my students at school want to convey a big thank you to Mr Mustafa since we are able to proceed with our academic learning activities. Definitely good place to buy MS Office products considering the price and customer support. The support I received, Anne, was swift and very helpful. Had a slight hickup with the downloading aspect but she found a workaround and guided me with the downloads, and so was able to install and run the office suite to verify its working fine on my PC.

My experience with the assistance from Joe was greatly appreciated the way she answered my questions effectively. There where two challenges I had and she was quick with the solutions to it.
The first was that the check out did not allow me to put in my Master Card number. She told me to restart my MacBook Air. It rectified the problem. Secondly the price on Check-out was about ZAR50 more than on the advertisement. She gave me a Promocode and it reflected accordingly. I have made the purchase and are now waiting 15 minutes to get my product and install.
