Great customer service & awesome tech support

With my limited tech experience, I struggled with downloading my recently purchased product as I needed to remove a previous one. Mark took the time to locate the problem and reinstall everything. The program is as described and working well. He did all the work! I am grateful for the assistance and happy with the successful install of the product.

Had an initial problem with the…

Had an initial problem with the download not arriving in my email, then the software key not being valid. Both of these issues were sorted by Anne via the chat help. Product activated with Microsoft and is working fine.

Bought Windows 10 Pro for 57% off!

I recently purchased Windows 10 Pro for about 35% less than the price of Windows 10 Home. TBH I was initially really sceptical if this was a legit site, but Trustpilot and a few other review sites + Norton’s guarantee helped reassure me.
I’m so happy I went ahead. Saved a lot and was happy with the customer support they provided.
