Always prefer coming to SaveCo rather than shopping local, always fresh produce and absolutely loads of everything you could need under one roof!

Wonderful staff who go the extra mile for their customers, during iftari time Asma (who we always see when we visit) and I noticed it was time to open fast she gave me a date and even offered me water too… the dates were that delicious I even grabbed two boxes for home also

The store is always fully stocked and has everything under one roof from fresh meat to fresh veg and everything in between. I don't have to visit multiple stores for my shopping. The staff is always helpful, approachable when I need help and very respectful. Mahejbin particularly is always happy, smiling and radiates positivity! She's very pleasant, helpful and lovely to chat to, making it a great shopping experience which is one of the reasons why I regularly shop at SaveCo.

I shop here regularly, it has a good variety, excellent meat counter and such friendly staff, especially Mahejbin at the checkouts, my only suggestion is they need to improve the car park.

I came to know about saveco an year ago, since then I am coming here for almost all of my grocery and daily rations purchase. It is a place where you can buy food from back home especially students who miss their comfort food. I really like this place and the staff, they all are very polite. I purchased some rations today and the person who attended me was "Mahejbin". She was really nice to me and helped me with my purchase. She was super polite and humble.

We came down tonight to grab some dosa packets and ended up just doing quite a bit of a shop! Saila served us at the tills and gave us a really nice experience, even towards the end of the night. She is very bubbly

Been going here for years and the supermarket is so clean, well presented and staff exceptional specially the ladies at the til, Shabnam and Mahjabeen mashallah the nicest ladies I have met, so warm and welcoming. Put a smile on my face everytime I go mashalallah absolutely amazing very helpful staff.

Excellent customer service. You are able to amend/add to your order within 4 hours of placing your order. I contacted cust. Service asking for delivery to be avoided on a certain day. My email was actioned on a Sunday and forwarded onto the online sales team. I got a call the next working day to confirm this and also they let me know some items were out of stock and alternatives were offered.
I emailed the team 2 days later as I hadn't received an email to say my items had been dispatched. Again this was actioned straight away and I got a response within a few hours after they checked with the dispatch team.
The items arrived all well packed with plenty of ice blocks (frozen food). Highly recommend this company.
Big thanks to Amraz for responding to my emails and the lady who called me to let me know some items weren't available.
