I have been using Satya incense for five years, but the product quality has noticeably declined over the past year. I’m also disappointed by the green branding, which gave me the impression that the incense was natural and eco-friendly. After reading discussions about the credibility of its green certification, I have serious concerns about the transparency of these claims. As a long-time customer, I expected better quality and honesty. Until these concerns are addressed, I will no longer buy this product.

I have been distributing Satya BNG incense, but unfortunately the experience has become disappointing. Prices have increased, while the quality of Nag Champa has declined, especially with burning issues and customer complaints.

The BNG team has not been helpful in resolving these concerns and instead asked us to order a full container at the new price.
