I purchased 5 boxes of Satya green Champa incense by Shrinivas Sugandhalaya (BNG) LLP from amazon after having great experience with the same product 8 months ago. Unfortunately this batch is very disappointing. The incense sticks do not burn properly and keep going out after a short time, requiring constant relighting. The issue was a present in multiple boxes, making the product frustrating to use. The quality is not consistent with my previous, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I have been buying Satya Nag Champa (BNG) because I believed it was a quality product and the green logo on the packaging gave me the impression that it was independently certified as environmentally friendly. After looking into it, I found the logo appears to be a self-declared claim, which changed my view of the brand.

The bigger issue however is the incense itself. Almost all 12 box every box I purchased had sticks that were difficult to keep lit. They would burn briefly and then go out, so I had to keep lighting them again and again. One box also had a strong sulfur-like smell instead of the traditional Nag Champa fragrance.

I expected a premium product for the price, but the experience was the opposite. The lack of any response after contacting the company only added to my disappointment. I won't be buying this brand again.

I bought one 15 g box for S/7.90 and I'm happy I didn't buy the 12-box pack.

This version is made by Shrinivas Sugandhalaya (BNG) LLP (green leaf logo). The smell was not good, and the incense sticks kept going out, so I had to light them again several times.

I bought nag champa before from a different manufacturer and the quality and fragrance were much better. Based on my experience, I won't buy this version again.

I bought 12 box of Satya BNG NagChampa product from local wellness shop for about the $130 the company which use green product logo on the packaging. Unfortunately, every product has same issue they seem damp and don't burn properly. I have to relight every 2 to 3 minutes, which is very frustrating.

The quality has declined significantly over the past year. I am very disappointed with this purchase and feel it was a waste of money. I will not buy this product again in the future.

I purchased Satya Nag Champa from Shrinivas Sugandhalaya (BNG) LLP on Amazon for about $10 per box (the version with the Earth logo). The quality is terrible. The product arrives wet, and out of 12 boxes, I was lucky to get even one decent box. Even that one smelled like rotten eggs.

The quality control is clearly nonexistent. I also emailed the company and never received a response. At this point, I'm done with this brand and will never buy it again. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Satya Incense (BNG). This is the second time I’ve received a product with quality issues, which makes me question their consistency and quality control.

I purchased a large 12-pack of white sage incense from Amazon ($9.99 per box, USD), and multiple boxes have been unusable. The sticks won’t stay lit and appear to be damp. I’m currently on my third box and still facing the same problem.

This is unacceptable, especially for a product that is meant to burn easily and consistently. I expected better quality and reliability, but unfortunately, this has not been the case.
