The order didn’t work out for me on this occasion but I have to commend Ryan for his outstanding customer service. He was super responsive, proactive and knowledgeable, when my order couldn’t be fulfilled Ryan arranged a refund without hesitation and without me even having to request one. Great company, great service.
Well what service I received from Ryan at Sat Nav World! Ryan was really knowledgable and helpful supplying the correct SD card for my car. Unfortunately through no fault of Sat Nav World or Ryan I had to return the card. Ryan was again helpful and refunded me promptly. I highly recommend this company. Well done.
