I did not receive my purchase. Try contact with seller and i got zero response. Terrible service.

The first card I received did not work. I contacted the excellent support people and a second was sent and received the following day. This card loaded immediately and works perfectly. You find out a lot about a company if something goes wrong. I recommend Satnavcard unreservedly and would definitely use them again.

Installation took longer than expected but worth the effort.

Had problems trying to order an SD card online on my laptop which resulted in my credit card company showing four Paypal requests pending but your company saying my account showed no orders. There was no option to pay by credit card. The following day I tried to order via my phone. It went through first time, and I was able to pay by credit card. The order was acknowledged immediately and arrived the next day.

Excellent service and Excellent communication. Delivery should be quicker, 10 days , not good enough, but I'm very happy with my Sat Nav card.

Purchasing process simple. Updates on order excellent. Fast delivery.

Not impressed at all
Filled in online query on their website which promised response in 30 mins. Got nothing. Repeated request next day, again got nothing.
Contacted via chat and supplied details for the third time. They then told me the type of card I needed, but it was out of stock. They asked if I wanted an email reminder when it was in stock, I said yes. They then said they could not because the system was disabled.
Frankly a waste of time

Every thing was great from your customer service chat which was fantastic to the delivery which arrived 2 days after ordering. The other fact was price I have looked around at other sites and there were looking more expensive. Setup is very easy

Item arrived corrupted and not working. Asked seller for refund and returns address gave me the run about for a week with no refund or address given so have requested a reverse charge via the bank. Houdini’s satnav cards.co.uk seller must be skint if he’s trying to do people out of fifty four notes.

Fast delivery and card worked perfectly with my Seat, just plugged it into the system and it loaded straight up.

Received quickly and does exactly what it's supposed to.
