I know that we have spoken since this review was left and you are now in receipt of your basket. I can only publicly apologise that there was a delay with the delivery of your parcel. As you know the courier stated that the parcel missed it's connection and then was delayed further as a result of the bank holiday. This is as frustrating for me as it is for you and I only wish it was easier for everyone (retailers and customers) to engage with couriers when they let us down. I sincerely hope we can do better for you on a future order.

Beautiful gloves, great service
I bought a fabulous pair of shocking pink gloves with a faux fur cuff. They arrived promptly, and very well packaged. The gloves fit my big hands perfectly and they look very good on. I’m delighted with them. I think they’re excellent value for money.
