I live in Ireland. I bought 4 mattresses one was burst and had to return it December 22 at €49.97 postage I wrote many times and they will not send my replacement. Ignoring my phone calls

Hi purchased a rear number plate with camera but there was no instructions with it. Would help, But have still not recieved any, And no reply to my messages.

Scammers - avoid like the plague.

Took me for a ride to the point where I had to get the police involved. Stole my money and lied and lied about providing the goods.

I ordered a product, it never got delivered, they still have my money and 3 months later they're still not replying to my emails. Unbelievable.

I bought a fan from this company it said on the tracking it was delivered without a signature i can only think it was left outside as no one was home to take delivery i dont blame the company for this but as they have been paid they dont care will not reply to messages as far as they are concerned it delivered and i am out of pocket £25 only thing i can say if u do decide to do business with them demand that it is recorded and signed for because if its lost they dont care.

absolute shambles. yes product arrived and looks lovely lasted 3 months!!!! i expect any kettle to last lo ger than that. Real rip off no rey to 20 emails continous phone calls over 3 weeks. absolutely awful. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SASHTIME!!!

After purchasing a kettle through Wowcher from Sash Time in January 17. The kettle has now broken after 3 months we have sent numerous emails to Sash time with no response and have also tried to call but no one answers. Do not buy from them dodgy goods and you cannot get hold of them.

Ordered item which too large. I tried calling - 4 times I believe - cannot make contact. I sent email asking whether exchange for a smaller item. No reply. Further calls all failed to make contact.
Their enclosing order note states: "We aim to provide the best Customer Support to our customers". Better employ a new PR expert.
Avoid them!

I placed an order on 3 April 2017. In their terms of delivery it states within 5 days.
I haven't received my order. I have sent them 3 emails asking for an update, NO response. I have now asked Barclaycard to make a refund as the company has failed to deliver

I bought 2 oil heaters and both of them stopped working within 2 weeks. It was almost impossible to arrange a return and after the return was finally arranged and the items were taken back, the company stopped responding and didnt process a return. The claim is not sitting with Paypal to be resolved. Absolutely shocking customer service !!

Wonderful till it failed after 8 months. I wrote to Sash Time to tell them via the website giving the order details months ago and received no response. Today I tried calling them. No reply and no ability to leave a message.

Recently I ordered an item from Sashtime which turned out to be unsuitable for my needs. I contacted Sashtime and they could not have been more helpful. They sent me a returns label and advised me on how
to return my order. Following this, my money was returned to me promptly.
Sashtime showed excellent customer care throughout. I will most certainly shop with them again and I will advise my family and friends to do so also.

Bought a pack of dehumidifiers from eBay. Arrived quickly and have had no problems with either the company or the product. Happy customer, would buy from them again.
