After comparing with supermarket prices I bought 20 packets of Maggi masala noodles advertised as 70g and this was confirmed on my order as 70g but the actual packets I received are only 52g.
Evri delivery was fine but misleading advertising and selling underweight goods is not. I won't be buying again.
My order hasn’t arrived unfortunately, I wish I’d read the reviews for this company before ordering.
Did not receive order as their delivery driver (AMAZON) left outside in full view of anyone walking down the main road meaning that the parcel was stolen bbecause of where the delivery driver left it, without knocking or ringing the doorbell (three people were home and waiting for delivery). Seller's response "I am sorry to hear about your missing parcel.
I have investigated with Amazon Logistics and they have confirmed delivery. Please see attached proof of delivery.

No response to follow up email - I had seen the "proof" of delivery. Just confirms that they left a box on the step next to a busy pavement.
So no response to the follow up email, no parcel and no replacement offered by the seller.
i have been ordering from saras foods ,but not again ,this delivery is by amazon delivery they are incompetent never again will i use amazon delivery and if saras foods do ,they have lost customer THEY HAVE NO PHONE CONTACT ANYWAY number they show is false, you have lost my custom saras foods.
Just look at all the obviously false reviews :D. I DARE you to buy from Sara’s Foods! Find out for yourself.
Trustpilot should improve their review verification as it didn’t surprise me to see all the blatant review score manipulation. Just shows how this business operates.
Sara’s Foods customer service couldn’t be worse because they simply ignore you. No calls answered, no emails answered. If anything goes wrong then you are on your own.
I got what I ordered on time, but I can’t abide being ignored. Not how things work in this country.
I’d rather pay more to trustworthy sellers so will not be going back.

Order #3017] (June 16, 2025) didn't not arrived. They never replied to any of my emails. Then i managed to find mobile number when i rang i was told one of item is not in stock arriving in one or two days. i weighted 5 days and i rang again at list 6 times never answered the phone. i did order in 2024 same thing, but when read UNDER NEW MANEGMENT i thought i would give them a go and placed my order but same thing which i experienced

Received the frozen food items after 17 days, obviously not cold,mouldy and had to bin them all as it’s not safe to eat. The company didn’t respond to emails, landline and mobile number. Would never buy again from them. My card provider luckily reimbursed when I dispute, thanks to them.
Missold item on their website. I sent an email. They CHOSE to ignore me. I then called the mobile number on their website. Also, ignored that. I hope all the haram money you make destorys you to your roots! People like this should NOT walk the earth let alone trade and deal with the public! SHAME ON YOU!!!
Items received very well packaged but on opening one of the items was the wrong one, have tried to contact the company by email, phone and WhatsApp but not reply or communication. Company have now responded and corrected item has been dispatched
I Ordered a pack of lijjat poppadoms where there was supposed to be 10 packets of 200 grams.. from this company off of Amazon.
They sent half of the products clearly opened and unsealed and with holes in the packaging that was sealed, so the items are completely un-consumable and a complete waste of your money,
Do not trust this company.
They sent a message asking if I want to return the items..
Well sure as long it's free to return, because you already took my cash for faulty products that could not have missed when packing them.. this was your fault not my fault. You sent opened u sealed damaged goods.
Consumables, that deteriorate when opened.
And who knows how long they have been opened before you sent them, and what germs will have got on them..
I want a refund.
