It has been a good experience after we started using sapaad. We are very happy and are recommending to others too. The support is very good.

I can tell Mr. Taffy worked very hard and very dedicated on his responsibility working in SAPAAD.

He is an asset to the company not only because he really assist us when needed for operation through calls & messages just to assist us. He never fail to ignore us client if something happened in the system.

I’m working in Après LLC in behalf of the management we would like to thank him for being good example employee who’s he’s goal is to assist his client in any scenario and solve the issue in terms of the operation.

We all know lot of POS system company out there but only few can do and response how he assist the client because of that i say he is one of the Asset of the company.

I can say his effort, communication, meeting goals, handling conflicts, helping others leads him for good opportunities in Sappad as company.

Actually I don’t have word’s that he fail to help or assist his client. he is always there for the client like us.

It is very easy to operate and use. I feel that it has to improve the system by ending the day transactions and should have a restrictions in terms of modifications by means of putting a passcode for only the allowed person who can generate it. Overall experience on using Sappad it is useful and easy to learned system even the customer care service,they are all approachable when we are doing our inquiries with them anytime of the day.

Overall the sapaad was a great experience the speed response and it is user friendly the only problem maybe was the tablets sometimes they jammed for a minute or two whether because of our internet problems or the app itself or the tablet I have never really discovered the cause of this
