I’m 183 cm tall and wear a size L, and their fit is absolutely perfect. I’ve ordered multiple shirts and sweaters from them, and I must say the quality is really impressive. The fabrics feel heavy and premium, and the fit is just right—especially the T-shirts, which have a nice weight and a well-fitted neckline.

During Black Friday, the shipping took a bit longer than usual, but since then, I’ve ordered from them multiple times and always had a great experience. The quality and fit keep exceeding my expectations. I’m excited for the new collection, and as soon as it drops, I’ll definitely be getting something! 👌🔥

I ordered a Hoodie from The Shashka Syndicate, which turned out to be the wrong size and i would like to return. I contacted them via e-mail regarding returning the item however, they told me to return - which i did, via a tracking facility. The delivery service tried to deliver multiple times, and also left a message as to where they could collect the parcel or have it re-delivered at a convenient time to them. Due to the unsuccessful attempts to hear back from Shashka, as to what to do, the delivery firm have sent it back to me. This is despite informing via e-mail what was happening and the parcel was waiting to be collected by them.

I ordered this product in November, and it’s now January.

Very disappointing service.

First time I did an order during Black Friday week. Of course, I faced with the delivery delay because of the hot period, but I’d like to highlight that the team was in contact with me and did everything in order to make me receive my purchase before my husband’s birthday!! Attention to detail and high quality materials make every piece feel special. Most importantly, don’t change the hoods on the hoodies, best I’ve had in a long time!!! Customer service was quick to respond and super friendly!

Just got my hoodie and must say, quality and fit is on point!

I made an order on 29th of november and contacted their customer service 10days later as my order still didn’t get shipped, they said that there was a problem due to black friday and offered to give me 20% back while stating that one of the 3 items that I ordered wasn’t available for a bit but suggested to send the 2 other items and send the last item later on, today I got my order but only one item was there even tho they said that 2 items will be sent. definitely the last time I order from the shashka syndicate, all the excitement I had to try their merch was totally not worth it.

The sweater was one of the best qualities i think i ever had with streetwear. Can definitely keep up with really expensive brands. Shipping ws also quick.

SO, SO good!! The quality of their clothing is exceptional and the hoodies and sweatshirts are a true heavyweight material which are nicely oversized and are incredibly comfortable! Shipping to the UK was pretty quick and items are well packaged. A real joy of a brand to deal with, thank you!!
