Scam company, don’t order. They don’t respond to any of the emails or socials listed. I’m still waiting on any information regarding my order as others are.

Shitty ass quality, shipped from china, it’s such a scam. i ordered t- shirts and can you tell they couldn’t cost more than 2 dollars to make. the designs aren’t even straight.

Scam company - they accepted orders but have no intent to fulfil them. They take money and then do not communicate anything, yet still advertise on social media. DO NOT shop here or you will lose money.

SCAM - would rate 0 stars if there was an option.

Like others I have placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Money has left the bank account. Sent several emails and instagram DM’s asking for updates no response in over 2 weeks.

Contacted the bank and will be submitting a charge back now for my money back.
Please avoid this company shame coz there tees do look good

Like other reviews seem to mention, scam company. Bought a T-shirt and wasn’t given a tracking number or order confirmation. Very quick to take your money though. When emailed about it they remain silent and flat out ignore you. It’s a shame because they have some pretty good stuff on their website and I would’ve bought a lot of it.

Ordered my order on the 22nd of march and received an email saying it was on its way. A couple days later the website went blank and it was no longer delivering. Two weeks go by with silence until i receive an apology email and saying they had some issues and that all orders were being shipped. For one and a half weeks i waited and it just said on their website arrives in 72 hours it didn’t finally rhey say it arrived but they have delivered it to a place over an hour away

I was a bit skeptical before when I saw some of the reviews. The package did arrive quickly with I like.

I am very happy with the clothes, fitted perfect, were good quality.
So I will recommend this to my friends. Little expensive but you get what you pay for so 10/10🙌

I tried to return my products but never received my money. When i tried to reach them by sending multiple emails i never got a respond.

Have returned a t-shirt (at my own expense) because the size was wrong.
We had agreed they'd send me another one in return.
They have accepted the tshirt as a return but never sent me the replacement. While they said per e-mail they would.

Have emailed them multiple times but no repsons.

They do not deliver order and do not reply to any mails.

I got scammed by this company.
I have received only one item of 7. Their custom support fails to provide a refund or any explanation.

I am looking to claim a full refund.

Pairing it with the Cubby Cap gave me the perfect laid-back look.

The Gin Tonic Club Tee from Maison Galerie is easily one of the best tees I've ever owned. The fabric feels ultra-soft yet durable, making it perfect for everyday wear. I love the subtle design details that give it a premium touch. After multiple washes, the color and shape remain intact, which is rare for a tee. I paired it with the Glint Sunglass Blue and a Trucker Cap, and the outfit looked effortlessly stylish. Maison Galerie's attention to quality is unmatched.

The F40 Construction tee is bold and stylish. I love how Maison Galerie balances automotive culture with fashion. It's easily one of my favorite graphic tees.

I ordered an item from Maison Galerie on June 2. Today is July 14, and I still haven't received anything: no package, no tracking number, and - even more troubling - no response to my now four sent emails (on June 18, June 24, July 3 and July 8).

After my first email, I received a response on June 20 that there was a problem with the carrier and that the order would be reshipped. Since then: radio silence. No follow-up, no confirmation, and no effort to contact.

I have since emailed them again with this message (July 8):

"I would like to remind you of what is stated on your own website: 'Lorsque vous passez une commande nous sommes dans l'obligation d'exécuter cette commande, si un problème est rencontré nous ferons le nécessaire pour vous dédommager.'
If I do not receive a response by Monday, July 21st, 2025, I will be forced to take further steps, including:
- disputing the payment through my bank
- filing an official complaint with the Consumer Mediation Service
I still prefer to resolve this quickly and amicably, and I sincerely hope to hear from you soon."

To this day, no sign of life. This is not only frustrating to me, it is downright unacceptable. I have had a lot of patience, but this now looks like negligence or even a scam.

I sincerely hope you will still respond and rectify this - if not, further action will follow.

Bought the Cubby Cap and Patch Overshirt as a gift-he loved them! Wrapped beautifully and delivery was fast. Maison Galerie really pays attention to detail.
