Excellent range of well-made goods. My delivery was on time and the order was great.

Better quality beard and hair. Feel is softer but can be a bit obvious, still a whole lot better than the white plastic feel beards that are sold. Looks as if it can be brushed as well. Better around the mouth area and no synthetic fibres getting into you mouth as you talk. So far so good, first outing 5th December. Not a full 5 stars only because the automatic system stated 4th August for dispatch and after enquiring turned out they had a week's holiday that week so all orders done a week later. Not an issue but communication needs to be improved to manage expectations. Also watch out for FedEx emails....they are fake and from Russia. I did not get caught out to pay charges, I know some buyers have. Just a heads up. As stated pleased with quality, looking forward to wearing it in full costume.

Following my review of the suit in February, it's now May and the matter still isn't resolved. It was a .co.uk website with a UK phone number priced in pounds with free shipping but the suit came from Poland. FedEx billed be £36 for import and handling charges, Santacostumestore told me repeatedly that it was a mistake by FedEx and not to worry they'd sort it out as I shouldn't have been charged. Several reassurances but no action later I paid FedEx because they were threatening to take action against me. Now I'm told by Santacostumestore to wait and hope that FedEx refund it! I don't think they will as I complained to FedEx twice and they just said that I have to pay.

Waiting for a refund since December 2024 for TOTAL £ 131,05.- for a properly returned correct order of all items and delivery eveidenz that parcel was received on the 24th of December 2024 back in POLAND in their Warehouse. Now we have already May 2025!!! When sending reminders after reminders where my money is and E Mails, simple no answer. Do NOT trust such online shop based in POLAND where you will never get any money back when you return items even it says in their terms and conditions and the contract you will get the money back in 14 days! Criminal Company! When i see now other customers comments, i understand their business behind, I see that I am not the only customer they are doing the same, well, i should have seen that before my order. They never ever have in their mind to pay me back any money?This is fraud and theft on customers!
