This is my second purchase from this Jewellers. A rather significant purchase this time. There were issues with delivery due to FedEx, but they sent the item via Royal Mail, special drlivery, fully insured and it arrived safely the next morning. It is always a worry spending/handing over that amount of money for an item you've not seen in person from a retailer you have never visited and is miles away. But the staff were friendly , polite, helpful and reassuring. The piece, when it arrived, did not disappoint. It came beautifully and securely packaged.
I would highly recommend them as a trusted jewellers selling exceptional high end preloved pieces at more achievable and realistic prices.

Excellent customer service
I e -mailed michael regarding a piece of jewellery and said i would like to see it when I come to london. He e-mailed me back and said the sale was ending but would hold the price for me if i wanted it. He wasn't in the shop when I arrived but the assistant helped me. It was excactly the piece I wanted paid for it and left. Fantastic piece / Fantastic service / will definitely buy from here again. I highly recommend

The communication is Excellent and they are very helpful. I dealt with Jeanette on phone and John in the showroom- both really nice people. Necklace is beautiful and very good price for a current piece.

Great service from start to finish
S&R were so helpful on my recent purchase of an Omega watch. I had so many questions as I wanted to make sure it would be perfect for my husband’s big birthday.
