Poor quality ..customer service bad …

Poor quality ..customer service bad ...my daughter purchased me earings a month ago ,one of them have fell out twice..I took them backbto store apparently its quite normal and was told to squeeze the fastening together when it gets lose surely if like they say its because gold is soft its going to snap ....I would never purchase from them again very bad quality gold ...

So helpful

I lost the back of a recently purchased pair of earrings. The young lady in the Arndale store was'so helpful and provided me with a pair of backs which were larger and easier for me to handle and was lovely and pleasant in her manner.

Took my watch in for a new battery

Took my watch in for a new battery, I’d been to another shop but they couldn’t get the back off the watch, but here assistant persevered and I’ve now a working watch, she was very nice and pleasant, both assistants were, lm happy to have my watch on my wrist again

Warranty lacking

My friend bought a necklace for Christmas for me. The chain broke and they said they didn’t do repair though recommended someone up the street in Chatham. The other company did put a ring in but it broke again recently. Assistant at Samuels said chain was not covered under warranty only the heart for the necklace. The chain is weak and they didn’t want to know. Surely in a High Street Jewellers anything should be guaranteed at least a year. Not helpful. What is the point of buying anything from there if customer service not dependable.

Poor Quality product & awful customer service

Bought a gold locket & chain from Liverpool One Store for our daughter for Christmas as she had just had a baby. We put a couple of photographs in the locket and noticed two indents on the face of the locket. We returned it and it was sent away to be repaired. They then phoned to say that they wanted £55 to fix this brand new locket. Unfortunately we couldn't return it as it was engraved, the damage was not caused by the engravers. The damage caused is because the gold is too thin and this locket was circa £400. Very disappointed and will never buy anything from Samuels again as they sell expensive cheap tatt

Had a Casio watch,still under guarantee.not working,manager delt,with me as at counterwhen i went in to shop in elgin, paul green,quick description of issue,resolved in a very satisfactory manner thank you.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service from the man at the Pakenham store. Very rude, and offered little to no support for a warranty claim of a poorly made expensive product.

I had absolutely excellent customer…

I had absolutely excellent customer service from Anthea the Manager of Samuel's in Bognor regis. She went out of her way to help me with a watch my husband had bought for my birthday last year that I could not wear as it was to small. Without hesitation she got on to accurist who sent out 2 links in the post that night to arrive 2 days later. Anthea phoned me straight away and I popped in expecting to leave the watch being a Saturday but no I was greeted with a sunny smile, the watch was done in a couple minutes, no charge from either company and all done in such a nice, friendly, warm way just like the old customer service in stores used to be. WELL DONE ALL ROUND.

Bought a ring in the store in pueblo colorado

Bought a ring in the store in Pueblo Colorado. The main diamond on the ring chipped less than two years after the fact now all the stores are closed. I guess I am just screwed. Wish I could do something to make this right wedding rings are pretty important especially when you pay a few thousand dollars for them. Also i thought diamonds were suppose to be tough I wonder if it is real? I guess I will have to go to a real jeweler to find out. Dissappointed

In August 2019 I Brought Sterling Silver Wedding Set Also Bought A 5 Year Warrent My Rings Or Tarnish Where They Sized Them Diamonds Don’t Shine There Is No Number To Reach The Bank I Am Paying To Have No Information On Them So They Set Up To Get Paid I Am Gonna Seek Legal Action

Their jewelry is fake

Their jewelry is fake! They implied it is real and priced it as though it was real, and told you...*beautiful diamond ring* when looked at it but never told you they are actually fake...man made kab diamonds!!!! reporting fraud to my bank and charging back every penny i spent! No wonder they went out of business

I am sorry to lose such a great store. I went shopping for my neices who are due to graduate soon. I am clueless about jewelry. They were patient and very helpful. I found some great gifts for my family.
