Bed is amazing quality
Bed is amazing quality, really heavy structure. Communication on delivery could have been slightly better.
But would definitely recommend to others, my daughter is over the moon.

Bedframe doesn’t have base.
Delivery was good.
However not very happy with the product. Bedframe doesn't come with a base. So the storage space is your floor which leads to dust entering the storage area. This wasn’t mentioned on the description.

Nice bed
The Bed is really sturdy and made well. Delivered within the week. Albeit delivery was 9.45pm. However this wasn't there fault it was due to traffic. Customer service was good via email. Would definitely order a bed from them again.

The communication was 5star
The communication was 5star. Always available to help on live chat. Bed was delayed but they reassured me and contacted the delivery company and got it sorted. They sourced the colour i wanted that wasnt available.The bed is of really good strong quality and looks amazing
