I love this towelling beach dress - its already had lots of outings. Its made of nice thick absorbent towelling and has a pocket! Also enjoyed the fun website and clear, friendly communication.

Terrible comms, bad service. Took more than 3 weeks to receive my item. Emailed multiple times. Only one reply, which was rude and aggressive. Avoid these jerks of a business acting as if they run a nice family own company. Who cares if you act like a jerk.

Salty Shreds has amazing designs, styles and fabrics for all the family. I can buy products that suit us all-from Grandma, to my adult kids, to the grandkids. My buying online experience was easy. My purchases arrived within an acceptable time frame. SS uses excellent quality material that washes well. We all have a go on the balance board-some better than others!!

I love everything I have ever purchased from this store, the sizing is accurate, the quality is amazing , the colours are divine.
The postage can take some time, but that's made very clear on their website when ordering because they are a small family business. But so long as you have patience, your order will come and it will not be a disappointment at all.
Iv bought goodies, jackets, kids bathers, skirts, denim , t shirts... honestly all amazing.
Don't listen to the fake reviews on here. Just have patience and enjoy the beauty of an Aussie business.

EDIT: after leaving a review (below), I was immediately sent an email from the owner of the company demanding that I remove it- she stated the I’m disgusting for being honest about my experience- she attempted to guilt trip me into removing it stating that I had purchased clearance items and had no right to be unhappy about the almost month wait time, as other people had paid full price. This is absolutely unacceptable- I paid postage and purchased the items just like anyone else, but according to the owner of this business, you go to the back of the line unless you pay full price instead of paying a discounted price. The owner has sent me two abusive emails today, demanding that I remove the review and to never buy anything from their business again- she stated that I’m now “banned” 😂 from buying anything from their website because of my honest review.

Be careful with this company- they’re abusive - they’re slow in posting your items and take zero responsibility for their actions!

3 weeks for 2 little dresses and a jump suit to arrive in the post- clothes were okay- no dramas there- but if you plan on needing the items don’t plan on getting them within a reasonable time frame

Order placed, tracking info without any helpful tracking. Package has been stuck for over 2 weeks without updates. Customer service is non-existent. Have now contacted 2x on the website and through customer service email without ANY response. Parcel service is just as terrible, cannot submit inquiry or claim. Lost my $140 dollars to this poorly run, all aesthetic, no substance company.

Terrible customer service and poor quality for the price they ask. I spent over $100 and one pair of pants had poor stitching and small holes created from poor stitching. At first they were happy for me to send back but made it clear if they didn’t deem it faulty I would need to pay the return postage. Of course they didn’t deem them faulty and took no responsibility for the small holes in the fabric, instead telling me me would wash out and wear out (yeah right!) To get the pants back I had to pay postage or cut the loss. As I suspected, my son wore the pants, the hole stretched as it was on the bottom and the stitching on the other side (other back pocket) has now pulled another hole in the fabric. What happened to keep customers happy so they come back, Ash clearly does not value her customers nor her product. I wish I read these reviews before, would not and will not waste my money here again. I have friends appalled by her email responses and lack of customer care, they too will not be returning. I showed several people the pants and all said they would have asked for a refund or change over, if they received the same item, even if it was on sale for $30.

I returned some shorts for a store credit and after emailing them 3 times chasing it up, I was told that they had already emailed it, 4 times. They said it isn't their fault that I haven't seen the emails and now the credit date has expired. I double checked and no emails were received by me. Never again. This has never happened to me before and I will check reviews online in future.

I had placed on order back in Feb ... I kept tracking the order and it would only say " on its way" finally about 10 days ago I contacted Salty Shreds to inquire. They said it's been sitting at a postal stn and you didn't pick it up. It's now being returned to us. I'm like what ????
It never goes to a postal stn Salty Shred orders always come straight to my residence, as that's the address on the shipping order.
So I asked if they changed their shipping provider, they said no. So then i asked if they would be refunding my cc as the order was being returned to them.
THEY SAID NO... that it was my fault i didn't check on the status of my delivery. That's not true. I checked daily on the status with the tracking number they provided to me. They still refused to refund my cc
Watch out for these guys everyone, they're not helpful, they're rude, their customers service is lacking and appalling to say the least. I wish I had looked at 3rd party reviews prior to ordering from Salty Shreds.. I also notice comments about the quality of their clothing.. I had bought a pair of the light green cords 3/4 length .. first wash - the side seam by the pocket came all apart. Rather disappointing.

The kid’s clothes are beautiful, however pretty overpriced for the quality. Colours fade super quickly and the stitching is not great. My son has a fair few outfits from them, but after recent experience we won’t be buying from this brand again. Customer service was disappointing. If you are a woman over 1m75 you might be fine, but any shorter and you will just swim in them. I ordered some pants in size S, when they arrived they were more like size L/XL in my opinion. Nothing for us shorter girls (I am 5’3, but even if I was a bit taller they would have still been waaaay to wide and long). It looks super ridiculous and I sadly won’t have any use for them and will have to gift to someone who is way bigger than me. I guess I am used to shop from brands with very high quality customer service, so was very disappointed to be brushed off with a “sorry, can’t be of help”. The email wasn’t worded very friendly at all, no compensation was offered, not even the option to send back for store credit. Bit of a money grab this brand.. “Buy these overpriced products but then leave us alone if there is an issue”. The designs on the fabric are cute but that’s pretty much it…
