Assistant was very helpful, went to alot of effort to find the item I wanted

The shop assistant (who was waiting for keys outside with his bike) was incredibly helpful and highlighted styles and offers around the shop. I bought 6 items in total.
The Store is now located in Market jew Street, Penzance, Cornwall.

Saltrock in Penzance is fantastic with useful but not overly pushy staff-my teenager loved getting his surf and skate fix!🤩

I recently purchased a lovely summer dress for my eldest grand daughter. In the store on the front of the rail was a sale sign saying ‘Sale £20 down to £14’
I phoned my wife and promised it to my grand daughter
I went to the till and was told it was £22. I complained to the store assistant as I believed this to be misselling .

Because by this time I had promised it I regretfully purchased it but was obviously unhappy as I felt I had been duped

The shop itself is amazing, you could shop all day in there. We went in and found what we wanted straight away and the staff were very polite and helpful. So highly recommended

Good customer service and great clothes

The Penzance store staff were amazing. We had our dog with us and one of the girls in there offered to take her when we both wanted to try a couple of shirts on. That turned into many shirts and jumpers and we were in there for about 30 minutes and all three of the staff in there were more than happy to hold her for us.

Was a great experience and this is the sort of treatment that keeps me coming back to a shop.

Tidy and visual merchandising great, showing outfit builds and even though in sale it was still very visually appealing and could clearly see the prices. Having worked in retail myself for many years it was lovely to go in a store and be able to look around with ease and visually pleasant,
Sales assistants were friendly and always available if I needed anything, helping me find what I was looking for but not over powering which puts me off in stores. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience, will definitely be shopping here again.

My item was delivered with no issues. Loved the item that was on sale half price, for early birthday gift to myself. I have been into the Penzance branch also, and the staff there are aways helpful and lovely to speak with for sizes.
