Very poor customer service but couldn’t fault them on price
Iam responding to your reply which I feel as a small business you should take into consideration your customers views on how they felt the order was dealt with which I feel you have not by your response you have given. I placed the order on the 23rd Jan and expected to get an email to confirm this order which I didn’t I had previously ordered from you once before with a confirmation email of the order so found that unusual I kept checking my inbox and junk nothing so I left it a week and contacted you on your number just to get confirmation that you had received my order I got through to a young lady who tried to put me through to yourself but no reply so I tried again later that day as she couldn’t give me that information no reply. I then tried everyday twice a day morning and late afternoon to try and get that information for a week. I spoke to acouple of young ladies and explained my situation to them they tried not only your number but other numbers they said they worked from home and there was nothing else they could do which was understandable.As you can image I was getting so frustrated because all I wanted was confirmation of the order. The first I new that you had received the order was when your delivery driver called to say he would deliver in the next half an hour and was I available when he turned up. I explained everything that happened and how I couldn’t get through to anybody and not knowing if you had even received my order.to which he really didn’t no what to say I kindly asked him if he would put the salt in a safe place for me as I am disabled and wouldn’t be able to carry them which I was very appreciative of and thanked him for his kindness. So to get the reply that you have sent is not the way to deal with your customers. You didn’t even apologise.all I was trying to do was confirm the order. You said on your reply that your a small business but in the next breathe telling me you don’t need my custom anymore which I thought was rather bizarre and not very business like you should expect to get reviews based on peoples different experiences dealing with your company

Difficult to digest such a long review
You initially (falsely) said it took three weeks for delivery- we have challenged you and you have taken exception.
You ordered on 23.1 - delivery made 2.2
Our standard delivery time is 10 working days - this was delivered to you, 8 days later
Big ✔️- Early (albeit our site due to huge winter demand said 20 days )
We sent a confirmation, sent, R&R - ✔️
Calls- during our peak winter season, we explicitly asked customers for patience via notification on website, which may have been missed, equally if we haven't returned calls within short periods, we regret this, we just haven't an operation to update at every stage of a delivery.
You note, you ordered before, we were actually later previously but don't seem to have been lambasted on here, nor was a review given, presumably a positive one would have occurred as you reordered with us.
Frustrating for us , as we were even better this time.
I note your comments on our delivery driver, sounds like really top serviice, Better than we expect of them in many ways, Amazon etc, you can pay more, equally not ready absolutely anybody, and they will leave by your bins or door. So a big tick for our company ✔️
We deal with customers very fairly, this review was grossly unfair, and in the end it's not about not needing people's custom.
It's about the value of a transaction both ways, and really and truly this feedback is largely completely out of keeping and unappreciative of a quick delivery , reasonably priced product and staff member who seems to have gone out of his way to help.
But if the frustration your end warrants the misleading and unfair commentary, little we can do.

Only place I come for water softer bargain
2nd time ordering since I found this company I place my water softener orders here. Only downside was I ordered an salt scooper and when it didn't arrive I called them and they said someone will contact me to which no one did then I had to email them and was told the scooper been out of stock and issued me an refund

The price was competitive but let down by no response to a email when the delivery driver pointed out we were missing a block where the packaging had broken open. Did not receive either a replacement or refund.

Our current lead times and indeed Christmas lead times were extremely clear on website.
At the end of the day, you are of course free to review as you feel, but always good to consider own expectation versus what was communicated.
Indeed you even contacted us to say no need to return the call when we delivered to the timescale advertised from outset.
We trust delivery experience was high and courteous and product as advertised
Reads a pity that on orders placed before, no positive review was given, so
all in all a shame we can't help further and very unfair on our small business

Good pricing, Delivery could improve
The pricing is great but it took long to receive the deliver. On top, the delivery driver threw it over our gate and 2 bags broke so when trying to move the bags salt fell out cause it was broken underneath where I didn’t see it. Overall I would order again but they need to do a better job on delivery.
