Very well made, easy to wipe down if required (if abit of lint off socks starts to build up a little bit), very robust, and more importantly they work! I noticed the outer heels of all my trainers use... See more

Very well finished product, delivered as promised. So far, the insoles have fitted into all my shoes without issue. I now have several pairs and they have brought immediate relief from my previous discomfort.

The insoles certainly helped with my ITB niggles, my knees feel much more stable, I use them for runs an hour or so long and take them out for shorter runs so I don’t become reliant. 4 stars because I find them pretty uncomfortable unfortunately. The surface is quite grippy silicone type material so my socks stick and it’s hard to get the wrinkles out of them when I put my shoes on, and they’re very hot to wear. Also they’re very hard and quite punishing to my instep; I don’t feel I could run a half marathon in them.
However they have kept me training while I work on the cause of the problem (tight glutes on one side) so I am very glad to have them! I ran 1hr 15 the other day without the insoles with no problems so I’ll continue to use them once a week until I’m certain I don’t need them anymore. I do recommend trying.

Really effective relief while using, not a cure but most definitely very helpful to relieve symptoms.

These insoles have really helped. I have a more
confident and more comfortable walking
experience since I started using them.

I ordered a pair of insoles, my old ones were blue, the ones I initially ordered were orange. I contacted Salfords, they were extremely helpful, customer service was excellent. They sent blues ones to myself. I am one happy customer and will buy from Salfords again.

Absolute game changer. Before the insoles I couldn't get down the stairs in the morning without pain in my ankles and foot. Thought I was going to have to put up with it. I am a large male 6 foot 3 and 18.5 stone so just put it down to weight and wear and tear. However just a few days of wearing these insoles took a little bit of getting used to as they are quite thick. I am pain free even at night and in the morning. Wore a different pair of shoes the other day without the insoles and pain came back. Not as bad but still there. Threw them away and stuck with my insoles and no pain. Will be buying ones for all new shoes in future.

These didn't work for me , just not enough support , the information that goes with the advert gives the impression that they work for everyone .

My husband has suffered terribly with foot pains due to being on his feet all day at work. He also has very flat feet. He had heard of these insoles and decided to give them a try. He cannot believe the difference since using them. He never has pains at all. They are so good, definitely would recommend these to anyone that puts up wirh foot pain.

Great product - had developed knee pain to the extent it was affecting my ability to walk and was diagnosed with a dropped arch. I now had these insoles in all my shoes - they are a game changer!

I bought a pair of these for my son, he has suffered with plantar fasciitis for quite a few months and he does a lot of walking, very painful. I bought him a pair and it has worked wonders, he isn’t in any pain, he is still using them but he is overjoyed with the results

Had a big toe operation following two breaks playing football and have flat feet. Tried so many brands and they were uncomfortable or giving me terrible achillies tendonitis. These have been superb, easy to fit into the shoe, washable, not large and clunky. Would definitely recommend.

I have NHS insoles I put in my shoes to correct a pronation at the ankle. It also helps realign my knees and hips and have been in use for many years now. A very old pair were in my gardening shoes but they wore down too far. I bought a Salfordinsole to replace this and they work very well.
Not the same contour as the specialist NHS ones, but they do the job and my feet don't hurt while I'm gardening. All I need.

Great product and very helpful and professional support.
My Son has been having growing pains/Sinding Larson
which has effected his ability to participate in sports due to the pain and discomfort.
I phoned Salfordinsole and received some extremely helpful and professional advice.
My Son has been using the insoles purchased from Salfordinsole in his boxing boots and school shoes and I can say have definitely made a positive impact with easing the pain in his knees and also some heel pain (severs)
I highly recommend to anyone who's child is having similar issues.

Bought insoles from Salford
Wearing them made a positive improvement my walking and gait.

I ordered a set of insoles to help with my supination and they are really well made and do help.
However, as they are made of a ‘rubber like’ substance with nothing on the top they grab my socks when putting my shoes on. This results in much messing around trying to sort my socks out before fastening my shoes.

Very easy to find what you are looking for and the time from order to delivery is very quick. I have acute Achilles tendonitis and needed to elevate my heel to shorten the stretch and I just swapped out the trainer insoles for these and they are doing a grand job. If they are good enough for NHS professionals to recommend then they are good enough for me :-)

Multiple feet issues and bought a pair of insoles about 8 months ago. While not 'curing' my issues they have made them much more tolerable. The insoles are still holding up well.
When I purchased I phoned for advice and felt listened to. Because I was between sizes I phoned again after the insoles were delivered to ask about the finer points of shaping them.
Today months later I phoned again about how to choose a walking shoe and Paul once again was patient and helpful.
Maybe I have been lucky but 3 times out of 3 I got through to a helpful human and the insoles are good too.

I'd been looking for British made prefabricated insoles and found Salfordinsole fairly quickly.
My footwear choice is a little restricted as I don't wear animal skins and one shoe has a built up sole. I wasn't sure about sizing although I saw on their website that foot size is just as important - if not more so - than existing shoe size.
Paul at Salfordinsole dealt with all my email queries very professionally and with a lot of patience. It was clear that I should test a pair of their 'Blue' insoles. They arrived and are perfect as well as excellent value for money.
Once back playing table tennis in a few weeks I'll be buying the orange Flex insoles for my TT shoes.
Thank you very much.
