I have only use their service twice but both times the service was excellent lower prices quicker shipping good expiration date on my puppy food. I would recommend.

Ordered a product from the Saleoff store. I received it promptly but it was a similar product but the the one I ordered. I contacted the Saleoff store Support, they email me back quickly and I sent them a picture of the wrong product. They advised they would resend the correct product. A few days later the correct product arrived. Thank you.

This was my first purchase from the SellOff store. I ordered 4 bottles of Swedish Bitters but I received all 5 bottles. I asked the store:" How do I pay an extra for this bottle?" they responded, " An extra item is a random gift for your order, you don't need to pay for it". This site has good prices and fast shipping. I will buy from them again.

I was recently shopping for a power cable for my new generator. Using search engines, Saleoff Store had the lowest price. Since I was not in any hurry, I took a chance and placed an order with them. To my surprise, the item arrived in less than a week! I contacted their customer service regarding an additional item I received and to my surprise, I had an answer within a few hours. Their pricing and speed of service are great, and I will definitely look at Saleoff Store first for my next on line order.

Fast shipping. Accurate order. Saved money. The only issue I had was that my item was addressed to a random person (even though I did input my information correctly when I ordered) and there was a typo on the address. Things like these make you doubt about the company, but I still got my item without any problems!

This is not a fake review! 😄 I ordered a flight cage for my birds. This site sold the cage almost $20 cheaper than elsewhere. After ordering, I read the reviews and thought I'd been scammed. Well hey, received my cage and it was in good condition. I received it rather quickly, too. The only thing I wish they would have done differently was give me my tracking link prior to me getting my merchandise so I could have followed shipping.

This site had good prices and fast shipping.

After finding a really good deal on SaleOFF.store for an Arris SURFboard SBG7600AC2 WirelessCable Modem, I placed an order on January 10th. I did not initially receive an order confirmation email, so I followed up with them. I finally got an email back with the Amazon tracking number telling me the package arrived on Jan. 20th. I am pleased with the product and the deal that I got on it.

I placed my order and they took my money but I never received my order, thanks to ebay I got my money back, horrible company just total waste of time.

When our son's brand new Christmas bike was run over we found SaleOff to replace it. We ordered on January 5th. After not receiving it within their 1-2 week timeframe, we reached out to them. The tracking showed our package literally bouncing all over the country.

They did respond and said the warehouse sent the wrong product, so they had it marked to return to sender. However, they never bothered to ship us the correct package.

It is now February 1st with no sign of nor any tracking for our son's new bike. SO disappointed. Definitely feeling like this is a scam.

Update: After this review, I received word last night that the bike was shipped. From Amazon.

Update 2/6/2020: The "replacement" for our original order, which was apparently placed through Amazon, now shows as "Canceled" on our tracking information.

Update 2/10/2020: Final update...after requesting our order number, below, to "help," they instead vindictively used it to cancel our order because "You gave 1* review so we thought you didn't want it any more." Cue the 8-year-old in tears.

Never, ever use this dishonest, unreputable company.

This site is questionable - they failed to ship my product, provided no shipping #. Next they provided email shipping status updates that were not correct, and cannot show that the product ever actually shipped. The next day the product I ordered was no longer listed for sale...
Beware even the business address is not a real location.
Beware of the positive reviews on this site - use your common sense... check the reviews on PayPal...
Beware - search the site by going to the first page of products and then go to the next page - it doesn't work. The site doesn't actually have any products to sell, just a website that sends your money to a foreign bank so they don't have to refund when you complain.
They took my order and money and said the product shipped, but did not provide any shipping info. Next, they stall and send emails stating the shipping info will update in a few days. They will attempt to stall you until the complaint period with PayPal is over and then simply close the dispute. If you don't challenge it with PayPal in time, they won't reimburse you.

I placed an to order to sale off store at a good price with free shipping. Sale off store sent out the order immediately using UPS. While there is a delivery person I know at UPS who has been very good for me, UPS on occasion has updated their site saying nobody is home as I have been watching the internet site. I would run outside and NOBODY was there, NO UPS TRUCK, NOTHING, no UPS notice. There are people at UPS who HATE me. This time UPS delivered my order to Anaheim California while I am in Rhode Island and all of my order info was correct with the correct Rhode Island destination. Had I forgotten about the order, I would have lost $60. I noticed the event, reported it all in color to SaleOff Store and Sale Off Store promptly sent my order out again and I got it at no additoinal expense to me.

When I first seen the Saleoff.Store advertisement and website I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of this site before. But, I was shopping for a new television for the bedroom and I was on Target stores website and seen the ad for the television I eventually ordered. What really made me skeptical was the price. I did price comparisons with all the well known stores and NO other store even came close to the SALEOFF.STORE price. I placed my order on January 2,2020 and my television was delivered on Saturday January 11,2020. I purchased a 32" Scepter flat screen television for only $58.00. I will shop on their site again and I have already been telling my family and friends about this store. The prices and the service is very professional, friendly and economical. I highly recommend that you shop at the SALEOFF.STORE. You will not be disappointed.

Got a great deal on what I ordered and it showed up pretty quick.

Ordered product on Sunday evening. Product arrived as ordered on Tuesday which was 36 hours later. Very happy.

I've seen the negative comments about this company - so was nervous........
Got a GREAT deal on specialty dog food.
Arrived within a week from order to delivery.
I didn't receive an invoice directly from them (I don't have a spam folder) e-mailed them and they responded promptly.

Attempted purchase and CC company declined, vendor not in USA but in Vietnam. Beware!
