Saleoff Store 

They never sent the product andartery contacting them they said in the only e mail saying it was on its way and they would provide a tracking number, nothing!!! I've sent prob 10 e mails over the past 2 weeks and zero response. This is nothing more than a scam site

The advertising says 45 day 100% refund, but they tried to offer half refund. The product I ordered did not advertise that you should not use product with certain health problems. I only read this on insert in package. When I reached out to return, they said they will refund half. After many back and forth emails, they finally refunded my money. I do not recommend ordering from this site if you have heart problems or vein issues.

Complete scam. Ordered earrings. They arrived at the last minute. They are damaged and the earring back is non functional. Tried to email them to get an address to return to, was sent to a bogus site no copy of my email and no address. Made a dispute with my CC company and they answered them saying I never contacted them or returned merchandise but not me so the dispute was closed saying I never returned the merchandise. Which how could I return with no address. Don’t get screwed like I did. Should have known better.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! After ordering, I realized the grammar was not right, and their email address was from Vietnam. (They were listed with a US address on the site) I sent an email within 2 hours to cancel the order, and it was never responded to. They claim Fed Ex delivered it. I never got the order or any reply.
I am disputing with my credit card. What a pain to go through this. I will NEVER order from any shady Chinese or Vietnamese company again....not worth it. The Chinese companies have great prices, but crummy quality. They operate under dozens of different names, but are all shipped from the same address. Learned my le
sson the hard way.

Horrible. I ordered a car stereo and they mailed me an old used piece of garbage. Scratched up and dirty. What a joke. If I wanted to buy used I would've. Not only that, but they emailed me telling the package was coming in someone else's name! Don't buy anything from them. I emailed demanding a refund, if I dont receive an answer in 24 hours I'm having paypal refund it.

I placed an order with SaleOFF on 02/20/2020 and when I go to the tracking website it still says processing. I have emailed the customer service email provided twice and still no response. I am giving them until the end of the day and then cancelling my order. I understand a delay but communication is the key and at this point there is none.

Placed two orders and both had fast communication and shipping faster than I had read in reviews. Site not the easiest to navigate, but you can't beat the prices and services.

Saleoff.store has gone from a 1 star to 3 star rating from me. I must let all know that they have been emailing me daily with updates about their warehouse mishap😁.
They are assuring me of my package being resent to me😁.
Im almost sure that the Saleoff.store is heading for 5 stars💯.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
This was my first time ordering. The tracking said my package was delivered but I did not receive it. I contacted the company via email, not only did they reply quickly but they resent my order immediately & I received it within 1day plus a free gift. The customer service was exceptional & I will 100% order from them again.

My first time ordering and I'm extremely happy! I got my order in 2 days with a free gift! I highly recommend this company you save money, get exactly what you ordered, and it ships fast! A+++++ in my book!

I also never got my package I sent them an email no response yet I give them another day then will charge this back on my credit card. I won’t use them again .

Wow I changed my review because they just emailed me and are reshipping wow is all I can say I thought this was a scam but apparently they stand by their word . So I would highly recommend and changed my review from 1 star to 5 star .

First time buyer.. was nervous at first.. Price was to good to be true..Said 1 to 2 weeks for shipment and got in 4 days.. I am Thrilled.. Just what I wanted and brand new in box.. I will for sure be back .. Very happy customer here...

Ordered a few bags of Scratch and Peck at a great price. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery process. However, I received all items that were order. I would order from them again.

item never delivered. they charged my credit card and claimed it was delivered. but UPS and the UPS store both say the item was never received. now i'm fighting to get my money back. AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Loved my experience!! I ordered 2 bags of dog food on Thursday morning . The website stated please allow at least one week for delivery. I recieved it on Monday (4 days). The box came from chewy.com. I also had two boxes doggie poop bags in the box. I'm sure I'll order from these people again!!

I ordered 3 bags of cat World`s Best cat litter. The price seemed too good to be true. So I looked on line and some of the reviews were troubling. So I got scared. Then to my amazement the order showed up quicker than expected! Great product, great price, great customer service. You cannot always believe what you read. I will order from this company again! I am very happy to have ordered from them.

I bought "Taste of the wild" dog food. Price was the cheapest that I found for that product. Fast delivery. Quick response from customer service. I am satisfied.

Great price on the Gearwrench 120xp flex head ratchets. Great ratchets for the price. Very high quality and super smooth. Comes with a nice foam tool holder that works excellent for storing them. I'd highly recommend the ratchets. And sale off had a great price on them.

They offered a great deal on the dog food I ordered and, although they said there may be a delay in processing, I received it in two days. I will definitely order from the SaleOff Store again!
