Ordered 8 plates on 24 April, arrived 3 weeks later 6 were broken. Promised a replacement order straight away and I am still waiting. Asked for a refund last week, no response... Looks like I’m going to have to take the loss and buy again elsewhere unfortunately 😕 complete rip off.

Chipped Mary Berry gravy boat
This is the second order I have placed with Sak. The first arrived undamaged and intact. The second order arrived and the Mary Berry gravy boat had a small chip in it. I spoke to a very polite, helpful lady called Charlotte from the customer services department who asked me to send a photograph, which I did, and said that a replacement would be sent.
