I wanted to give them zero stars but it won’t let me this has to be one of the worst company’s I have ever come across I ordered 2 pairs of stone island jeans and a black cp company polo shirt on Monday come Wednesday they email me a tracking number followed by another email stating they don’t have that colour in stock so They offered it me in white which I agreed to upon looking in the website I changed my mind within 5 minutes i emailed them stating I don’t want it in white they ignored me I received my parcel on Thursday morning when I opend my parcel I was missing a pair of stone island jeans the clothing had no packaging at all they where just put into the delivery bag which is really unprofessional I’ve emailed the company straight away stating the problem with the missing item they have not responded back neither has any one answered the call I have sent back the 2 items that I recived recorded delivery which I paid £11.15 and contacted my bank I’ve been advised to wait 15 days before they put in a dispute this is the worst company I’ve ever come across be aware as you all have been warned this company is a joke

First of all their delivery cost is more expensive than anyone else. I paid £5.00 for a normal delivery. I ordered the goods on Monday and was told I would get a delivery on weds, if ordered before 4pm. The goods did not arrive until Friday. Now I am aware that we are in the middle of a pandemic but other companies seems to be getting their goods out on time. To top it up the goods was not the exact thing I ordered. The sliders they showed on the site was written in a gold colour (Hugo Boss). The ones they sent was written in light blue which did not look as nice.

Poor customer service high and mighty attitude avoid at all costs

Nice service and great delivery. A lot of nice clothes on the site. Bought a Stone Island tracksuit and everything is great and authentic, however no SI bag so only 4 stars out of 5.
Shipped to Denmark, bought Monday morning and the clothes were here Tuesday so GREAT delivery.
Would definitely recommend and buy from here another time.

Sent a damaged item of clothing and very poor after sales.

Would not use again.

Brilliant, they had the shorts i couldn't find anywhere else, great communication, the tracking was very precise, i ordered on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday, UK to HK. Thankyou, would use again.

Why try selling something that you don't have? Then wait one week to tell me "it's out of stock" won't be buying from you again.

I have purchased 2 items excellent customer service and delivery.
However awaiting feedback for stone island t-shirt out of stock without success!!!

My Jeans were well made, but once wearing them I discovered that positioning of pockets, seams and belt loops were not fully respectful of traditions. This is fine for people who wish to wear jeans, but not so much if you want a slight variation on a traditional theme that overcomes fashion
