The garment is very poor quality…

The garment is very poor quality especially for the price. (I was expecting a winter coat, I received what is more like a thin balck cardigan).Its Chineses made rubbish. . Not going to return it as would not purchase from this company again and wouldnt waste return postage dollars. Off it goes to the op shop.Dont wate your money!!!!

Crazy sizing and useless customer care

I would never buy off this company ever again and am now going to the credit card company. I ordered a 3 XL shirt for my husband and I'm a size 12/14 and could not even get it on ..it was a total joke and it took so much effort to get replies from them and they would not admit that was a ridiculous size despite me sending photos and if I wanted a refund I had to return the shirt but pay the postage and they're in China !!!!!!!!!! I ordered on 15 September and after 20 emails to and from I finally got an email today giving me the address in china but refusing to pay postage or admit their error

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company, it’s not English but Chinese. I ordered two blazers by mistake within 3 mins I cancelled the second but was told they couldn’t cancel the second one but I could keep it if I liked it! They arrived they are not blazers but shirts thin poor quality I complained and was told I could keep them either 10% discount then 20%

The returns policy is without an address when you do receive it it’s in china and their policy is you pay postage so it costs too much to return it. I’ve contacted my bank and hopefully get chargeback as goods not as described

Don't buy anything here!

Well I haven't bought anything thank goodness! But I very nearly did but became suspicious when it says you can use PayPal but it's not an option when you get to checkout! Also the garment doesn't mention what the materials is so emailed to ask but didn't get a reply. Sounds like a complete sham of a company!!

Before you buy check out the returns…

Before you buy check out the returns Monet back guarantee.
I purchased a shirt and when it came it was very poor quality not like the one shown.
I asked for a refund and was offered a 10% refund if I kept the shirt.
I asked for a full refund and was offered a25% refund if I kept the shirt.
I asked for a full refund and was told they would refund me if I returned it in its original packaging.
What the don’t point out in the 30 day no quibble guarantee refund policy is you have to RETURN IT TO CHINA AT YOUR COST.
MY SHIRT WOULD COST OVER £20 TO RETURN.
Just saying read all the terms before committing to buy.

Thank you for your reply. I want to clarify that Sage London is a UK-facing store, but our fulfillment is handled directly by our supplier in Asia. This is why, as outlined in our returns policy (available before purchase), returns must be sent back to our warehouse abroad. This process is standard practice and not misleading or unethical, as was suggested.

That said, our goal is always to ensure our customers are satisfied. To resolve this matter fairly, we can offer you three options:
25% partial refund – you keep the item, no return needed.
100% store credit – you keep the item and can select something else of equal value.
Full refund – once the item is returned to our supplier’s warehouse in Asia. We’ll provide the full return address if you’d like to proceed with this option.
Please let us know which solution you prefer so we can process it promptly.

Not surprised!

Three of the items I ordered were supposed to be cotton. They are not, feels like thick polyester. Sizing is all over the place. I was going to try to return them but based on other reviews I think it will be a waste of time. I will donate them to the Sally Ann, if they will take them. The sewing and finishing are average. Don’t order anything from them. Items came directly from China not Toronto.

Harper & Sage - TOTAL SCAM!

I would have rated them in the minus but a one at least allowed me to review. Harper & Sage falsely advertises their company as having a location in TO Canada. They do not. Nor is there a phone number that is anything other than an AI answered message which does not even allow you to leave a message. I know first hand as I ordered thinking it was a Canadian company without doing my research first. Fool me once!!! Never again.
I did receive the dress I ordered but it was too small and the process to even just exchange was absolutely maddingly ridiculous! They advised me after numerous emails asking for details I had already given WITH pictures, to just keep the dress as to return it would cost somewhere around $20-30 ( obviously not in Canada). And to placate me ( I suspect because I had threatened in my last email to provide a negative review) they would give me a $15 credit toward my next purchase. Laughable , I know! As if !!!!

Finally gave up and here to tell you NEVER DEAL WITH HARPER & SAGE! They are a total scam company! Buyer beware!

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase this item or from this company the ad used to say money back guarantee no longer on the site and the product was thin, threads hanging everywhere and looks nothing like the item advertised. Instead of refund they offer 25% refund. Do not purchase here.

HARPER&SAGE TORONTO

This is me giving ZERO reviews. •Misrepresentation. Showing they are a Toronto based company specifically in Yorkdale. They are in CHINA. My parcel took several weeks and come from CHINA.
•Lying about their product. What I received was not the image showing on their site. It is a cheap, thin, very homemade unfinished mystery material
•30 day hassle-free full refund. LIE. When I wanted to refund they are so polite and think they are doing me a big favor by offering me an EXCHANGE. When I said NO, they offered me a 25% refund. I said NO thanks! Full refund. Then they said my order looks like it’s still in transit and to send them proof of receipt. I did this and they have been ignoring me ever since.
•I took my refund to PayPal and they directed me to another email for resolution. That email doesn’t respond.
•Instead of pursuing this I am doing my honest review.
‼️‼️Do not fall for their fake website. They are fake photos and models. They are a SCAM company. They also come up with similar sites in Vancouver. Same company. If it looks too good to be true $$, pay attention to your spidy senses.

So Bad!

I just received my order and I have no words to perfectly describe how utterly disappointed I am in your product. I can't believe that they are the same item as the picture on your webstore. I can't believe I paid that much for something I will never wear outside my home, if at all. I am debating on returning them but that will cost more of my time and money and these are just not worth. Also, you boast being a Canadian based company but this came from China and it looks and feels like something out of a sweatshop in China. And you want me to pay the costs to return the item to Asia. They actually look like someone took a pillow case and cut it and sewed it in a pair of long, wide, straight legged, capris. The material is not the soft cotton that is 8n the description. The sizing is completely off.

I bought a dress and the wrong color…

I bought a dress and the wrong color was sent me so I wanted a refund only to find out I have to return the dress to China for a refund. The product was sent from Burnaby, BC according to the return address. Not only that, they abide by Dutch law according to their contract post. Where does this company operate...they are so devious.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Takes weeks to arrive , quality is rubbish. And the return address is in China not London. I have reported them to trading standards and the fraud department but not got anyway. Cost me £34 to return 2 cardigans. This should not be allowed .

Don’t use this company.
Ordered goods with express delivery- turned up 3 weeks later, very poor packaging and quality of products are very cheap. Requested a refund but they won’t provide the address in Asia where items should be returned to (I have requested 3 times). It appears to me delayed tactic so you give up on the return/refund. If I don’t hear from them in the next 2 days I am going to request my credit card company to commence the chargeback process. Website also implies they are based in London- they aren’t!!

Awful experience

Awful experience. No contact number so can’t get in touch with the company.
I didn’t think the order would arrive.
It turned up over 2 weeks later, with no information on how to return. The full order wasn’t even included, I was missed a dress. The quality of the clothes/shoes were shocking.
I’d appreciate it if someone could reach out to help.

Avoid. Scam site.

No paperwork to confirm my order and no sign of my new shoes yet. Wish I’d read all these reviews before ordering from this site (also trading on INSTA as Sole-London). My bank has warned it is a ‘known operation’ but can’t assist for 30 days, and in the meantime I should expect to receive a random item in the post - and I need to at least attempt to return it - as its weirdly connected to these scammers. Buyer beware!
