I ordered from The Safety Razor Company via safetyrazors.co.uk and the delivery was prompt with items in good condition. However, their stock levels seemed quite limited at the time of purchase, especially for shaving soaps and creams, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, an okay experience. 3 stars.

The items I ordered were delivered on time and in good condition. Reason for 3 stars? It seemed that at the time of purchase The safety razor company had very few items in stock ie many of the soaps/creams, pre/post shave items were not in stock such as proraso.

Callum Atkinson helped with a technical glitch. Order arrived promptly. I will use The Safety Razor Company again.

Ordered MFW in the ceramic dish, all was well until I received the package. How they expected a ceramic dish to survive the rigours of travelling through the Royal Mail system in a thin bubble envelope is beyond me. The dish was broken into 6 pieces, the lid was chipped on the inside, the only thing to survive was the soap puck. In their favour, I rang them & explained the situation, I was offered a full refund, which I took, the refund didn't assuage my disappointment, I've wanted this product for quite a while, but couldn't afford it, I'd bought it in the sale, so at that time, they were out of stock & couldn't offer a replacement. Sorry folks, but you blew it.

1 week shipping to Sweden, temp low prices, Brexit warning in the near future, shipping cost was fairly standard.
