I had a very positive interaction with this Company when purchasing a Child's Smartwatch for a Xmas present. Communication was very effective at all times via Whats app, phone and email. The owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the product prior to purchase. The item purchased was dispatched very quickly and the Waybill sent to me via Whats app. The product arrived within the time specified. The owner assisted me with the set up of the Smartwatch and it appears to be functioning as I had hoped.

I placed my order at the end of November and paid. I received and update that my order was shipped on 3 Dec 2033. I now still do not know where my order is and Sky Net cannot provide me any further information.

My order has finally arrived. At first I was concerned that I had been scammed as the first message I received from sa.smartwatch had blanks in where the Courier and tracking number should have been. The next message had the courier and waybill number and a photo of it. I was then able to track my order which then took 5 days to get to Richards Bay from JHB. the order is my son's christmas gift.

I ordered a Lige watch on a Thursday and was delivered on the following Monday morning. I was informed of the tracking of my order at all times via sms, email and a WApp from Wharren. We are more than happy with the watch received. I will definitely recommend Smart Watch to anyone. For all the poor service we get here in South-Africa, Smart Watch definitely proved the opposite. Well done to the team. Keep up the good work!
