Aega customer service number is a cellphone number that goes to voicemail, strange how the courier company that Aega uses also goes to voicemail!!! All I want is an update on my order - LOOKING LIKE A SCAM AT THIS MOMENT!!!! UNTIL I GET A REPLY I WILL BE POSTING EVERY HOUR ON TRUSTPILOT

I think the company needs to ensure they understand the features of the products they sell. I contacted Wharren and told him what watch with specific features i was looking at buying and he recommended an alternative watch and when and when i received it that did not have one of the features i was looking for. The product was exchanged for the product i looked at originally.

Fantastic service. I submitted a question on their website and it was answered within minutes. Watch arrived in good time and perfect condition, no hassles.

The fact that a thank you note was, personal, hand written shows that a lot of care and appreciation comes from the bottom of the Smart Watch SA's heart. The cherry on top is that the watch is top quality better that the famous brand whose watch gives me problem in pairing with some devices. I must be hones I didn't think much of the watch when I orderd but now I love it so much because it exceeded my expectations.

The website gets dark and l couldn’t see the words and ended up ordering the wrong color. But everything was fine. Besides that the person l got the watch for wasn’t happy that they got the wrong color

I paid for fast delivery but still waited 5 working days. The seller claimed to have only received the order on the Friday, although I received my email confirmation of the order being paid, on the Wednesday morning already…still waiting for the refund of the “fast delivery” fee.
