Poor grade.
My wife's watch kept falling of from the buckle of the strap. On inspection, I found the pin had no spring in it and had to pick one up at a watch shop....and almost resulted in her loosing her new watch entirely. Not impressed. The watch is great and the strap now FIXED.

Excellent features. Not being sufficiently waterproof is inconvenient. Most smartwatches can at least be worn in a shower.

The straps are of poor quality
The straps are of poor quality, I also had challenges in inserting them. Going forward please ensure that you provide a customer with a fully assembled product.
