Recently sold our house through Middleton Ryder and Dutton branch. We went with a large chain and were promised the support of a large company, excellent communication etc. Happy with initial marketing but communication poor there on. No regular updates despite me chasing. Requested no for sale board but despite this whole neighbourhood received an a5 laminated card with a picture of our house on saying recently sold despite being 2 months before completion and without approval. No correspondence to confirm completion date or to confirm what to do with keys on moving day. Other than advertising not sure they did anything else, they certainly were not a conduit between solicitors. No contact for customer feedback post move. This was a stark comparison to smaller estate agents we purchased through who kept us up to date weekly with a professional and personal response right up to moving day. Lots of learning for Ryder and Dutton if they’re not too complacent with business.

We dealt with Nicole from the start of the process to the very end, she was very professional and courteous in every aspect, she was very knowledgeable about everything that we asked her and as you can imagine this being our first buy was quite a lot we had to ask, Nicole kept us updated weekly on how the process was going even dealing with our solicitors so we didn't have to, we both couldn't of asked for anything more from an estate agent and would highly recommend this company and especially this agent.

I'm nearing the end of my property sale, and its been thankfully a smooth process so far. I expected a bit more stress, but Ryder & Dutton recommended a competent solicitor who've been great, and my Sales Progression Manager Ada has been extremely communicative and has put a lot of effort into chasing for updates and keeping me informed, which is something I greatly appreciate. The team in general are responsive when needed and I'm hoping this smooth nature continues to the end!
