For the past two years, I have been paying my co-pay monthly for one medicine required to continue with my cancer treatment. I was surprised early in 2026 to learn that Rx Outreach could greatly reduce the copay. What a great and pleasant surprise! I appreciate it very much. I was also able to order a 90-day supply instead of ordering every 30 days. With Rx Outreach’s assistance, I am actually paying less for a 90-day supply of my medication than I did for just a 30-day supply. That may seem like a small thing, but it is not to me, as refilling prescriptions more affordably and less frequently makes my life easier.

I have been using RxOutreach for over 15 years. When my husband unexpectedly passed away, I could not afford health insurance, and I was still several years away from qualifying for Medicare. Thank goodness the nurse at my doctor’s office told me about RxOutreach. I was able to afford all of my meds without sacrificing groceries or anything else crucial. They saved my life. I love how they now text you reminders when it’s time to refill your prescription so you never forget. My doctor has also never had an issue when it is time for a new prescription. I highly recommend them.

The reps are typically very friendly and willing to listen to concerns. My greatest angst I have with RX Outreach is with a controlled drug I've been using for years. The label says to order after a given date, however RX tells me it can't be released on that date. It was also suggested I authorize payment 2 weeks ahead so when it is being processed there's no hold up. I usually do that. Apparently they are mandated to hold refills until 28 days from last. I get all the restrictions and the whys BUT the someones who determine how the regulations should work don't take in to consideration delays with weekends and holidays. My script could have been released today, if for whatever reason it didn't go out then it'll be Monday at best. Two additional days added on to the shipping time....add in holidays could make it 3 or 4 additional days. There is no store front for pickup even IF you lived close by. Release date + shipping time + weekends + holidays if applicable and can only hope meds are received before running out. I understand RX is doing what they are mandated to do. Who can I contact to get help with this? I cannot be the only one dealing with this.
