I get very few bookings and bad experience with damage claims
I get very few bookings, the only time I filed a claim for a damaged RV they didn’t pay and gave me the run around. My suggestion to anyone that is hosting is to use Outdoorsey.

Nice to have a service like RVezy!
There are few competitors in this space and RVezy is one of the best RV rental services in my province of Manitoba! They make it easy and work with you to make your rental experience a whole lot easier and less stressful. Would recommend!

Terrible company
Terrible company. We used to rent out our RV until we had a couple do damage to the interior and exterior. We had pics of the before and after of the exterior but that wasnt good enough. We had photos of the damage inside bit bit good enough extremely specific photos before. They covered nothing despite thousands in damage. Then we had renters damage the slide bit we never had a video of the functioning slide before so we knew what the outcome would be and never attempted to make a claim. Just stopped renting. Extremely shady company. Stay away.

RVezy works well
RVezy lives up to its name, making the booking process uncomplicated and stress-free. My customer was also keen to rent again from me, suggesting he and his family found the process easy as well. This customer may purchase an RV in the future, and trying my unit was useful towards his decision making. Generally I enjoy meeting new customers who share a passion or budding interest in camping and RV life.

I have been a super host for a while and now I keep losing it due to the fact it doesn't alert me even though i have it on for push notifications when someone reaches out, not all come through and I keep loosing my super host. Really frustrating and now is effecting my bookings.

Whether it's a client who needs answers to something that we can't fix, or if we have a problem with canceling or moving dates for a client. We are grateful for RVezy's help!

I’m finding that the commission…
I’m finding that the commission structure with RVezy is taking a significant portion of the rental income, to the point where it’s becoming difficult to justify the time, effort, and upkeep involved on my end. Between managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and maintaining the unit, the overall return no longer feels aligned with the level of work required. At this stage, I’m questioning whether continuing with the platform is truly worthwhile.

Horrible Experience
Rented our trailer out for 1 season. We got a lot of renters over the summer and it was great. Until a rented did $6000 in damage that they admitted to doing and yet RVeazy only offered us $1500 for the damages. People loved our trailer, I’ve had people find me on social media to see why they can’t rent from us again. It’s unfortunate, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as a renter. Signing up and reading through everything, they make you feel like you’re fully covered but you’re really not.

Poor support for owners
We had a customer damage the van. They refused to stay for the return inspection as they were aware the damage would be noted. When we put in a claim with RVezy they contacted the renter who stated they weren’t aware of how the damage happened and said we were trying to scam them. RVezy took their side and refused to honour our claim and charge the customer . After numerous calls and pictures before and after RVezy stated they would cover the cost and not charge the customer. This incident left a sour taste so we removed our van from their rental program.

Good enough, but not worth it.
The overall interaction with RVezy employees is good, the app leaves something to be desired (workflow and such is sometimes buggy or non intuitive, and rarely works well in the field). 1 star though because RVezy is extremely greedy when it comes to taking their cut of the revenue - over 70% goes to them when it's the RV owner with the most liability and risk. You are much better off doing this on your own, especially in a jurisdiction that enforces insurance that already meets coverage needs for the RV owner.

Great idea
Great idea, Great Company. It’s our second year renting with RVezy. They make everything easy. Renting during times when we are unable to enjoy our camper has allowed us to enjoy our time with it even more.

I've been renting for a while now and have found almost all the experiences positive. One exception, and he was just mad at the world, especially his family.
It's rewarding when they bring the RV back, and I ask how it was, and they say "fantastic", "great", "loved it", etc.

Little Damages Add UP
Each time I rented ours out, it would come back with small minor little things broken or missing. All these little things added up and now the trailer looks how you would expect a rental trailer would look.
This is why i don't rent mine out anymore. Keyword being MINE.
