work ok but, they can do much better

They are very quick to charge fees, and personally, I find their commission quite high. In my opinion, the app works okay but needs to be upgraded and more refined. It didn't work very well for us initially—my driver's license was rejected, but the reason wasn't clear, and there was no follow-up. I had to call customer service to resolve the issue, though I will say the representative was very kind and got it sorted out.

What surprised me was that the system had trouble verifying my license but still processed the payment and warranty anyway, acting as if everything was fine.

I believe they could do better.

Overall we enjoyed our trip, although signing up for the service was complicated being bounced between the website and app, having to reverify my driver details twice and being advised the week before my trip that I had not completed the process entirely, when I did and yet funds were taken from my credit card. Not ideal.

This RV was perfect

This RV was perfect, both modern and clean. Really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely rent again. A bonus were the owners are great, they were on time and the set-up and pick-up were seamless/ So Happy with this choice.

Booking the RV was quite easy and…

Booking the RV was quite easy and mostly a good experience. The one thing that really left a bad taste in my mouth was the unexpected hidden fees at the end for the mileage charge, which worked out to 20% additional cost per mile.
Not a good way to end what was a nice trip up to then.

Daughter's Grad Bash!

Our booking went well. Our host was great and responsive. It was a great weekend! My daughter's graduation trip to a music festival will be one she always remembers. It was so nice to have mini-home base at the festival grounds. A place to chill in A/C with cold refrigerated drinks and home cooked meals instead of greasy festival food, bathrooms instead of porta-potties, and beds to sleep in at night.
